The gentleman who came out gave me a lot of information. He was very upfront about the fact that he wouldn’t be able to help because of my slate roof. However, he let me what to expect from other providers as far as pricing and the scope of the work. I thought this was very friendly of him.

They were very responsive in coming out to provide a quote. The samples that they brought along for the sales call helped to show how the gutters were different from others and helped me to make the decision to go with them. I was having the shingles on my roof replaced, and needed to wait for that to be done before the gutters could be replaced. When the roofers came out, I called and they were able to schedule the gutter replacement on the 2nd business day after the roofers finished. They completed the work in one day which was helpful because it rained the day after they finished. The quality of the work was good and they left the yard clean when they were done.

The Gutter Guys came when I was at work, so no one was home to actually see which gutters they cleaned. Some of my gutters are very difficult to access, and I believe they skipped some of those. Of course, those were the gutters that were causing all the backlog and trouble. Takeaway story: some of the gutters were still full of leaves after they came. If you hire them, try to be home and watch their work.

Overall experience was very good. We called them based on their Angie's List rating and set up an appointment for a cleaning estimate. Their estimator came out and told us that our gutters needed replacing (we knew that) and did not push the sale aspect when I told him I was only interested in cleaning at this time. Provided an estimate for the cleaning. I then talked to him about gutter overflow problems we were having in the back. He pointed out that the four inch gutters currently installed could not handle the flow from both roofs. I then asked for an estimate on replacing just those gutters and he gave me an estimate for a replacing the back gutters and cleaning the front and side gutters which was very reasonable. They missed the first install date due to the weather from Tropical Storm Lee but were prompt about calling us and setting a new date. The crew arrived and did the job in a professional manner and we are satisfied with our cleaning and the new six inch gutter system that can handle the water flow off the back roofs. The installation crew also mentioned the condition of the existing gutters but did do maintenance work to keep them serviceable for another year. They provided excellent information on the size of the gutters I should eventually use on the front and sides of the house along with a ballpark estimate based on the number of angles required. All in all it was a very good experience and we plan to use them again for gutter cleaning and to replace our other gutters when we decide to do that.

They were fine, and I had nothing to complain about. They did a good job, and I had no problems at all. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They did not tell me when the work was scheduled to be done, nor did they provide me with any advance notice of when they expected to be there to do the work ....... they simply showed up one day. I already had previous appointments scheduled so I left them on their own. I did not receive any follow-up letting me know how things went, I simply received their bill. From what I can see (difficult with a two-story house), everything looks fine. It has rained a few times and the gutters do what one expects them to do, so I guess I have to go with "all is well". I did find a number of screws and sharp pieces of plastic in my driveway (from removing the existing protection system) which I was not happy with, but otherwise I'd say they did okay.

I was very impressed with their professionalism, flexibility, and helpful support. We needed to change our appointment a couple of times and then had to ask them to wait when we found out we needed a new roof. The roofer we selected uses a gutter company they partner with and bundled the pricing together. Otherwise, we would have definitely selected The Gutter Guys and appreciate their efforts during the estimate process.

Did an wxcellent job. Completed in one day and cleaned up comple tely afterward. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Good. The only exception was that they were suppose to call a few days before they came to do the job and they did not, just showed up. But that did not cause a problem for us.

I called to get an estimate for having my gutters cleaned, in places I could actually see the piles of leaves sticking out from them. The estimator came within a few days. I asked him while he was there to tell me about gutter guards and how they work and why it would be something I might want. What he had to say made sense to me, and since I am beyond the age of wanting to get on a ladder up to a second floor eave, I asked for a estimate. It seemed reasonable so we signed the contract. I was told that it might be two weeks until they would get to me. The workman came in about ten days, I was called the day before. He did the work, cleaned up all the old gutters and the mess, and took it all with him. It only took a few hours. In January I was concerned by the large number of icicles all around the eaves. I called the office to inquire about that and was told that is normal, it shows the gutter guards are working. I didn't quite understand that, but okay. I do need to call again: one thing the estimator pointed out was that one downspout was pointed in a direction that was uphill, by angling it 45 degrees the water would drain downhill. That change was not made. I called the estimator on his cell phone that same day, he said someone would come out in a few days but no one ever did.

I would definetly use this company again. They were professional and prompt.

The quote was for $9000. They were on time and were respectful. I knew the owner and he said that I could call him if I was interested. I will use them again in the future.

They were very good. They did meet our expectations. We have no complaints at all.

I called because I had water in my basement. The Gutter Guy who came to my house was upfront with information about why the problem was not likely to have been caused by gutter problems. I was very impressed that he was willing to explain why I didn't need his product - and when I do need new gutters, I will call The Gutter Guys first.

I called for an estimate and scheduled one within a week. I met with the estimator who inspected and measured my gutters. I was debating about whether or not to have gutter guards installed (two big oak trees near my property). The estimator gave me the pricing for replacing the section of gutter that needed to be replaced and cleaning my remaining gutters. He also gave me an estimate for installing gutter guards. Ultimately, I decided to have the gutter guards installed along with the repair work. The work was done in one day. Overall I was happy with the work, but I did notice a few minor things that needed to be corrected. (A couple of corners on the garage overhang were not finished correctly). I called and the owner came out. We reviewed what needed to be fixed and it was corrected within a day or two. My only other negative feedback is that they could've cleaned up the work area a bit better, but this was not a major issue for me. Overall, I was pleased with the service provided.

The company came out initially and provided a free estimate, I approved the work and scheduled a return visit. They then removed the old gutters and replaced all gutters with new gutters. The work was completed within 1 day. I later had an issue with water leaking out the back of the gutters, I placed a call and they promptly arrived to correct the problem. I have had no issues since and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to replace gutters, as they stand behind their work.

They did everything they said they were going to do, the clean up was good and they put the gutters up when they said they were going to.
