Called to have an estimate for gutter replacement. Place a deposit, when I called to have service changed and was told that the service could not be changed. I canceled my appointment. This company was rude and very unprofessional and their staffing and refused to return my deposit.

It took 3 times before they finished the project of Attaching the gutters to the house as well as Installing the gutters all the way around the house. Once they were finished I had someone go on the roof for a different project and they noted that the job completed was absolutely awful. The owner came out his name is Mike. Long story short he said my shingles are the cause of the problem not the work that they completed. Unfortunately it is he said she said

I was not home but my wife said the men were professional, friendly, on-time, and completed the work in a reasonable time. I am happy so far with how the gutter is performing. Would hire again. Thank you!

Andy's team were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The old gutters were a mess.. not up to task with recent storms. I waited to give this review waiting to see how new gutters held up after a few good storms. They made a big difference. The workers worked from the roof of two story condo, not wanting to disturb newly planted ivy. This was greatly appreciated. We had gotten another quote from another reputable company. We're glad we chose The Gutter Guys.

They came while I was at work, left bag of leaves on driveway. That helps them from hauling them around, and provides evidence to me that that work was completed. Very convenient service that keeps me from climbing a ladder.

The sales person was very helpful. He gave us options and honest answers. The installation guys were great. On time, very friendly and cleaned up when they were finished. I would definitely recommend The Gutter Guys!

The entire process was smooth and the staff were very helpful. I had to have them come back twice to make slight adjustments, but they did so without charging me anything extra. Overall, a very positive experience!

Tim did a great job of inspecting the gutters and explaining his rationale for full replacement. It's an old house and I new the gutters were getting pretty bad so it wasn't a surprise. The guys did the work, and the gutters seem to be made from quality material, now we'll see how they hold up!

I called on a Saturday to ask about getting gutters cleaned semi-urgently (water was dumping next to our house and flooding the basement). The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and made it seem like I was bothering her by even calling. I will not be calling back.

Rain barrel wasn't removed but they came back and took care of it. Satisfied with their work.

Got a reasonable estimate...they did the job just a day later, and finished quickly. Looks good and the heavy rain this morning was a good test...no leaks.

The initial contact with The Gutter Guys went well, and they were able to get out to my house for a free quote quickly. Once I received the quote, I decided to go with them. I emailed the form to the office, but never received a response. I had to call to make sure they received it. They never called me with a cleaning date, but a week later called to tell me that they were sorry that they didn't get out to my house the day before. They said they would call to reschedule but never did. Finally, after calling them and complaining, they came to the house and cleaned the gutters. I will never recommend them to anyone.

They area a professional company, do a thorough job, and come on time. The prices are reasonable. They clean up after they are finished.

I have high praise for Casey at the main office and Mike, the owner. While his team did a great job installing my new gutters, there was an issue with a downspout afterwards. This became apparent following an especially heavy rain. When I called, Casey immediately reached out to the owner, who was at my home within the home to personally address the situation. You don't find customer service like this often. Thanks to all.

I paid in advance but received no contact about scheduling the work until I called 10 days later. Work was done incorrectly. Tried to get work re-done, and only after multiple calls and two no-shows from crew did owner come to view the problem. He did not suggest fixing the problem, only suggested adding an additional downspout which was not a workable solution. Crew finally came to fix their mistake, but owner also came, and when told he could not use my tools, he resorted to shouting obscenities - i.e. the "F" bomb - against me, and also my wife (who he never met), referring to her as my "F-ing" wife. I have never encountered such horrific, unprofessional conduct. The owner and the work crew departed my farm, taking part of the gutter with them that I had paid for and which was my property. Upon contacting a Corporate executive, I was immediately given a full refund. I am pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the Corporate executive, who apologized repeatedly for the behavior of the local owner and crew. I believe the Franchise in general to be very good, but would NEVER do work with the Harrisburg office again.

They were very personable, were on time, and did the job quickly. They were of assistance as soon as I had issues. The issues were to do with drainage pipes, not the gutter work they did.

The company came out and cleaned out all the gutters on my house. They showed up on time, were able to do the work without homeowner present, cleaned up after themselves, and charged the quoted price.

Came and replaced one gutter and rerouted another one so it would work properly. They also cleaned them all. Great work was worth the money.

I got a good deal from them for good quality gutters. They gave me money off just for putting their sign in my yard. Haven't done the job yet though- will update when complete.
