They responded to my call within a day. Came and looked at the work and provided an estimate. The next day they completed the work and did a little extra at the same price. They were prompt, efficient and professional.

went well. but there was a deal from another provider for almost half the price. But there was a waiting list. This provider gave an appointment quickly. Service was good

This is over all how I like a business to conduct themselves.

The company reps were extremely responsive, did the work quickly and at a great price. I will be contacting them annually from here on out to do maintenance cleaning.

The company was very responsive and scheduled an appointment immediately. Jon showed up late, but did call and let me know that he was running behind. Once I began to speak with him, he immediately began telling me what I needed and did not listen to what I wanted done. He attempted to sell me a whole gutter system when I all I wanted was my gutters cleaned and a gutter guard installed. Jon then informed me that the company would not back the warranty on the gutter guard unless I purchased the whole gutter system and that I had "obsolete gutters" on my fairly new house. Although they are a reputable company and I am sure they do quality work, I would not use them because of my experience.

Box gutter repair sounded a little odd as far as method of installing plywood to plug area with hole and then rubberizing the area. That would have cost about $1400 and I kinda would expect adding more metal to the gutter to patch, not wood and rubber. Metal then rubber maybe but using a substance that if rubber was breached can rot doesn't make sense. For that price for sure! The hole is very localized--the area to be repaired is only a few feet.

Called on 8/12 to see if we could get an estimate for replacement of 3 fallen fascia boards, replacement of a partial gutter, and waterproofing/guttering or other solution over a window that takes rain. Mentioned to the receptionist (Ashley) that our home is 3 stories tall and would need either a ladder or staging to perform most of the work. She informed that they own their own and have equipment that should be able to handle it. The side yard isn't very wide, so my wife and I were doubtful the work could be performed with a ladder, and would likely only be accomplished using staging. (This was the only way that painters were able to perform work 2 years before). We were happy that they had an open appointment for estimate the very next morning at 9am. On 8/13 John visited. He confirmed that they would have to use staging to repair the fallen fascia. He informed us that he would have his boss return with him later that afternoon and would get back to us. He confirmed my cell phone number was a good contact number before leaving. On 8/22 after not having heard back, we called the main number again. A man identifying himself as the owner answered, and was confused as to why we hadn't received an estimate yet. He had not visited our home, was not aware of us, and stated that the estimates are given on the day of the visit. He took our number and told us he would contact John and find out the progress. On 8/26 after still having NO UPDATE from this company, we called the main number again. Ashley was helpful and provided us John's work cell. Upon calling him he stated that the owner was supposed to call us. John stated that he's going to decline the job. We can't comment on the quality of Gutter Guys work, but their ability to communicate leaves much to be desired. Based on that, I would not recommend bothering to attempt getting an estimate from them.

The Gutter Guys showed up on time and worked with a three man crew. They removed our old gutters, ~ 80 feet, in no time at all. The new gutters went up quickly. I believe start to finish was about 3 hours. I interacted with the entire crew and they were all pleasant and professional. We had the 6 inch wide gutters installed and we just had a rain storm that caused flash floods and dropped several inches. . . the gutters worked fine!

They were wonderful and did a great job. Everything looks wonderful and we haven't had any problems with leaking. They were on time when they said they would be. They didn't leave any messes.

My brother and I stood out there with "the boss" for nearly an hour and discussed exactly what it was we wanted and how it could be accomplished. What we ended up with was NOT what was discussed. They then proceeded to tell me what they quoted was for what they did... NOT what we had discussed. They also proceeded to tell me that the work they did WAS what we had discussed despite the fact that two of us were present with the man that day and we both agreed that we did in fact ask for was more than what was done. The "boss" via a phone conversation with his employees (not with me) came up with a solution that was far less then what I had asked for but they gave me a "deal" on it via no more payment than I had already made. I accepted it so that I could get someone else out to fix the problem, as I did not want to give them another dime of my money. The work that they did in fact do was done well, but as it was less then what was discussed and their solution ended up costing me another $816 to fix what they did not do I am sincerely displeased and would not recommend them to anyone. Should you decide to go with them anyway please do not proceed without the specifics being written down at the time of the discussion and signed by both parties as to exactly what work they were looking to have accomplished!!!

They replaced the section of damaged gutter in the back of my house, and pounded nails into the front of my house because the nails were coming out. They did that for no charge and told me just call them if I have any problems. Awesome service. Awesome price. Awesome people.

The work was great. They ran a promotion in the newspaper for $88 gutter cleaning with no fine print. I called and an estimator came out to inspect my gutters and give a written estimate. The price he quoted was $125, not the $88, because my house exceeded the allowable footage for the promotion. I accepted the quote. It was at least 2 weeks before they came to clean the gutters. They came - no prior notice - and I was glad to see them. The two men were very pleasant, professional, and were careful to pick up anything from the yard. They did a very nice, professional job. I would use them again.

I hired J&D Gutters, they are coming today to do the gutter cleaning. Their quote was 75.00 dollars less than The Gutter Guys!

From my meeting with the salesman to the completion of the job, everything went well. I was very happy with the salesman and the work that was done. I had no complaints whatsoever.

The work was preformed on time and as quoted. When I called recently to raised concerns over a defect that I recently discovered that the local representative, Mike, said he would come out and evaluate my concerns. However, he never showed up and he never called me back. I gave him 2 weeks before completing this feedback note.

Chris who gave the estimate was very polite and efficient. I wasn't home when it was installed but evidently went well. I didn't get a complaint from the retired individual who lives with me so that was a real good thing.

The sales perdson was right on time for our appointment. I had asked for insurance documents & he provided them so we could sign the contract. He told me his company would call the next week to set up the install date. The next week they did call & the guys came out on time & finished the same day. They cleaned up all the old gutters & removed from my house. Very good eperience. I would recommend them to my friends.

The initial visit was great. The guy who came was able to tell me just about every problem we were having without me telling him a thing, just by looking around! He listened to my concerns and the fact that I said we didn't mind doing some of the work but that we obviously couldn't install the gutters ourselves. He gave us an estimate on the house, and then what the garage would be separately so that we could decide whether we wanted to do that or not. They were delayed several times by rain, which is COMPLETELY understandable. The only thing I could complain about, even a little bit, was the communication. It wasn't bad, and everything got done on time (except for the rain), I just felt like the estimator, the scheduler and the crew that was doing the work weren't on the same page. If I told one that the other said something different, they seemed surprised. It wasn't a big deal to me, just kept me cautious because I had never worked with them before. But I had nothing to worry about. They came and went while I was at work, and except for the fact that my gutters and downspouts were new, I would never have known they were here. They cleaned up and disposed of everything! I HIGHLY recommend this company

They replaced the old gutters with new custom made covered gutters. The gutters have worked perfectly. The workers and salesperson were very nice and answered all questions. I would definitely recommend them.

I was out of town when they came to do the job, so I instructed my wife to give them the check when they were finished. When I got home I noticed that they had only completed half the job. So I called and spoke to the same guy I originally set the job up with. He said " I'm sorry sir, we'll be out to finish that for you." I waited several weeks, and never heard from them, so I called them again. I was told the same thing, they would be out in a few days to take care of that for me. They never showed! So I called them again, and the guy said that he had forgotten and they would be coming out as soon he could get some one out here. It has not been 2 months and I'm sure I will never see them again to get my gutters completed. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The first meeting was to get the quote. He was punctual, polite, and down-to-earth (no pushy sales). The second meeting was to determine the exact scope and make sure we had the proper color picked out. The crew arrived on the scheduled day, on time, and well prepared. They spent a few hours and cleaned up after themselves - great. I asked if they could also seal a gutter/spout on the side of the house. They did - at no extra charge. It happened to be blocked (tennis ball and gunk), which they cleaned as well. Very professional.

The service was fine and they took care of the problem we had. They were punctual and their pricing was reasonable. I will use them again in the future.
