Description of Work: We met this company at the Lancaster Home Show. We Had them replace the Gutter Helmet because after just a few years the water was just pouring over the gutter edge and making the gutter a dingy gray color. Supposedly the promo from the home show was to replace the existing gutters for free and we were to only be charged for the new gutter guard, I don't think I received that promo. I do like the design of the gutter installation much better. The down spout from the second story runs along the whole roof line delivering the rain directly into the first story. This eliminates a dark line on the roof shingles from the rain run off. They were supposed to pick up the screws off the driveway each day, I found several left over the following week. The job took 2 days. I'm happy with the job, I just feel like I was over charged. I don't have the dingy gray gutters from the rain pouring over the front edge, so I have to say their gutter topper and installation design is much better. If you consider using them just do a better job in negotiations of the price than I did. |
