Shreveco did an excellent job on my home, I had some very serious damage and alot of work that needed to be done. It was a very large project which included framing repairs, floor repair, complete wall removal and rebuilding, roofing, siding, windows and doors...Shreveco was very professional and helped me out tremendously. They gave advice on how to pick styles, colors, windows, and doors but the final decision was for me the customer to make which was very comforting. Shreveco helped make my house a home again....I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

It went very well, They were courteous, effiecient, on time and the work was very neat. The price was a good value.

We found Randy Shreve, Shreve Construction by word of mouth and asking a neighbor (home owner) if they were pleased with the company and the work. They said YES unconditionally and this was the 5th project Shreve Co had done for them. Enough for me. Randy came to review the scope of the project (a complete gutting and remodel of a 1939 bathroom). He provided a very fair estimate within a day and after signing his contract we hired him to do the job. His company started the job three weeks earlier than expected and completed the project on time and within budget. Shreve Co was very informative about the potential for uncovering unexpected structural, electrical and plumbing issues in an old house and the possible effect on the costs estimated for the project. They were right on target with costs and by knowing up front there could be issues, saved us a lot of anxiety and frustration about costs. Additionally, the company was here EVERY day from start of business to closing and didn't wander off to work on some other job. They were great listeners, receptive to requests and suggestions of the home owner and provided expert feed back and suggestions on optional ways to install items such as ceramic tile, tile layout patterns etc. new kinds of lighting fixtures, and water saving fixtures. They were also amazingly neat. They never left the site until all building debris had been removed, vaccuumed or washed off. They began each day with a clean space which ultimately saved time and money. They were very conscience about keeping dirt and debris confined to the work space and out of other areas of the house. They were polite, hard working and very good at every component of the project from installing new framing, floor, walls, paint, fixtures, etc and even returned to the site several months after the job to hang a fixuture that had been on back order from the manufacturer. Would recommend them without hesitation !!!

Experience was stressful and frustrating from the beginning. After acepting the company's quote and paying the required fee in September, Randy, the owner kept promising to drop off the siding samples but never did for weeks. I contacted him repeatedly and even offered to pick them up. Despite several promises from him, he did not begin the job until January. I was always to be "the next job on his list" but when I would contact him because I hadn't heard from him, he was on a different job from the one he was on when he made that promise. He even got very nasty with me on the phone one day when I was tried to get him to commit to a start date. When he finally did start the job, it took him 2 1/2 weeks to do a job that I've seen others complete in less than a week. Reason being that he often only put in a few hours at my house. I know because I checked on his crew several times and they were no where in sight. He also threw away the old shutters that were to be installed back on the house, then tried to sell me new ones. He was to relocate my shed but instead completely dimolished it. His crew also let my Verizon box hang upside down overnight - it rained and the box fried leaving me without TV, phone or internet for several days. He installed the wrong window. By then I just wanted him to be done and gone so I agreed to have him just replace the two end panels. He had to order them but never returned to replace them for over 6 weeks. In the meantime, one of the panels currently installed developed a crack over half the height of the window and still he took his time about returning to correct the job. It was only after I contacted the Better Business Bureau that he called to schedule a visit to fix the window. Then he tried to convince me and the BBB that the replacement windows had just arrived. I know that was not the case because I had checked on them personally and they were in well before he picked them up. He also told the BBB that I must have broken the window. And as one final act of ignorance, he took all the remaining siding from the job though he was supposed to leave it and though he had been paid in full by this time. And since he has completed my job, he actually had the audicity to ask me for a reference. The man has absolutely no integrety. That is unfortunate for his crew because they did a good job on the siding but they will never be a flourishing company as long as Randy is in charge. He is just too difficult to deal with. Stay clear of this one!

Quality of work and experience very good, excellent crew, cleaned up every day. Only problem was owner not communicating well, hard to contact.
