Description of Work: A tenant brought and left bedbugs a year after moving in. Didn't tell us. Poor new tenants discovered the problem. We tried treating multiple times with bedbug products from Lowe's to no avail. Called Penn Pest based on Angie's List reviews. They came and took care of the problem. Wish I had hired them sooner. Also very reasonably priced and gave clear instructions before and after.

Description of Work: Last year they sprayed for carpenter bees, which totally stopped them from eating my balcony. This year, they sprayed for spiders, which made a huge difference to my porches, balconies and deck.

Description of Work: Rodger identified the pest and confirmed it was a harmless outdoor bug venturing indoors because of the unseasonably warm fall. He sprayed the interior baseboard area with a safe solutions (much appreciated by my two felines) and sprayed the exterior of the house with a much stronger treatment. I found many dead bugs since then and only a couple of living (albeit barely) bugs. Not only did Penn Pest mitigate those insects but eased my mind as to what they were.

+ -1 moreCalled & spoke with receptionist and explained problem. Made appointment and exterminator was here at time specified. Sprayed the house and explained that we had a pretty bad infestation and would probably have to do follow-up call. Said to wait 3 weeks and let him know & he would return. Called after 3 1/2 weeks and he returned the following day. Have not had issues since.
Description of Work: Sprayed for fleas throughout home. Had a bad infestation and needed a return visit (which he informed us we would probably need). Came promptly and on-time to both appointments and did not charge for second appointment. Very pleasant and very informative. Explained everything in detail.

+ -1 moreWe called Penn Pest after we moved into our new house and discovered big black spiders in the basement. The technician inspected the house and determined what we needed. They now come about every 3 months to treat. I also appreciate that they use a safer treatment for our dogs protection.

+ -1 moreThe price was reasonable and it was cheaper than the other provider I had used before. This is the 2nd treatment they have performed for me. I have seen way less pests than the service provider before that I used. The technician is very thorough and polite. He completed a full inspection of my home. He went way above and beyond, the handle came loose on my storm door and he got a tool from his truck and fixed it for me. He is very knowledgeable and he takes his time and explains things. I highly recommend him, the service was better for less money.
