Went well... had one problem - called contractor and call was never returned. Fixed problem myself.

Everything completed to the letter, on time and on buget (except where I made changes, of course ). Meticulous about keeping the dust and debris contained.

Chris Mione is very professional, knowledgeable and creative. The ideas he presented were fantastic and the prices very reasonable. We are waiting for our house to sell in Indiana so we can move to the house in Pennsylvania. We will use Mione as our contractor when our house sells.

Beautifully. All the workers were very hard working and very polite. I am so very proud of my kitchen and am always staring at it and finding it hard to believe that it is mine. So Thank you Steve, John, Jared, John the electrician,Wade,Matt, Buzz, Bill and Tyler. They kept everything moving along. I cannot possible say enough positive things abut this expierence.

Chris and Dan we a pleasure to do business with, they were flexible and punctual, they kept our house clean by partitioning off the work area, and putting down pads on the step and throughways. The work was high quality and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this company!

Went very well. His main concrete and building crew was the best ever. Everyone was approachable, friendly, and kept promises. They came consistently, called with any changes to dates or plans, and always did good work. It can be an intimidating process, but they completed the job on time and were accommodating to my schedule as well. The job looks great and they did all they said they would in the time they gave me for completion.

Mione Family Remodeling was brought in to save a failing project that another company was unable to complete. Not only did they address all outstanding structural and code issues, they added the finishing touches that one would expect a professional company to deliver. Work was completed in the time estimated. As new issues were uncovered, they did their best to address them in a cost-effective and prudent manner. Their knowledge of proper construction and building codes was apparent in the quality of their work. Chris Mione was open, up front, and provided excellent communication throughout the entire project. They went above and beyond to make sure that the project was done correctly and to our satisfaction. We only wish that we could go back in time and have them do the entire job from the start.

Overall, very well. It took 12 work days to complete. Because they sub out everything except the carpentry, scheduling was sometimes an issue but nothing major since we have another bathroom. Work was done very professionally and the final product looks great. Dust and dirt was contained and did not reach the rest of the house. We were able to leave the workers alone in the house to complete tasks without incident. The only problem was a plumbing leak which fortunately was caught early, immediately fixed and the resulting damaged ceiling tiles replaced.

The job started out as planned, but the crew quickly discovered there was unanticipated structural rot compromising the foundation. This changed the scope of the project as well as the cost for repairs. No structural repair was included in my original estimate of approximately $1500. Owner, Chris Mione, was on site when the issue was discovered and strategized with the crew and me to determine the best course of action to permanently fix the issue and prevent future damage. The expertise of the group was very evident as options were discussed and a plan finalized. To save money, my husband dug the 12" deep by 12" wide trench that was needed around the repair area (approx 60 linear feet). Chris provided a new estimate for approximately $3500 encompassing the additional anticipated scope of repairs. The Mione Family Remodeling estimates are the most comprehensive estimates I've ever received. There is no question as to the agreed upon work. The project was completed in one day approximately one week later than originally scheduled due to the change in scope. Much to my delight, it cost approx. $500 less than estimated. The amount of wood rot was not as extensive as anticipated allowing the crew to finish more quickly. Since I was not able to be present when the work was completed, the crew took pictures throughout the phases of repair, and Chris sent them to me. I am an extremely picky person. The Mione team was excellent to work with and Chris kept in touch via text and email. Communication is very important to me, and he obviously recognized that. The finished results are work every cent we paid for them. I am also planning on having Mione Family Remodeling do chimney repair work for me in the Spring. I did not originally realize the comprehensive scope of their expertise.

They did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them for any remodeling or building projects.

The service provider was professional and the work result was very nice. The subcontractors deployed by the service provider were very professional and kept the work area nice and neat as they departed each day. The overall job took over a week, some of that delay was due to weather. Prior to hiring the service provider I had received 2 other quotes and neither were close in overall price and didn't entail some of the extras (e.g. new 6" gutter and downspout or the EPS bands that were incorporated over my 3 windows). I would definitely recommend this service provider for anyone needing this amount of drivit work to be done.

The entire process from beginning to end was smooth. Dan Mione was very professional and friendly. I appreciated that he always returned any calls within the same day. I was referred to Mione Family Remodeling from another contractor that I had used for another service and was not disappointed. The back stairs and landing of the home we purchased had major wood rot and not very sturdy. We had the original stairs removed and replaced with Azek materials. Mike was the main man working on the porch and I appreciated his attention to detail and pride in work. The project area was always left clean at the end of the day and unless you knew what was going on, you would never know there was work being done on the house. I plan to do more future repairs on our home and will be contacting Mione Family Remodeling.

Chris Mione and his crew did an awesome job. Once the job was started, they were there everyday until it was finished. Anysered all our questions and there were no financial suprises. Will definitely use their services again,.

Mione was responsive immediately and they stayed in constant contact with me throughout the project. I am thrilled with the results. It is exactly what I had in mind when I started contacting contractors. Most impressive were the workers that came to my home. ALL of them had total respect for their company and working for Mione. Everyone took great pride in the workmanship and they were professional. The price was at the top of the quotes, but as they say- you get what you pay for! I highly recommend Mione Family Construction.

The subcontractors are excellent and the employees are very good. | |One of the owners is in dire need of interpersonal relationship and communication skills training. Professional counseling, an anger management class and consultation multiple times per day with a project scheduling/calendaring system may also be helpful. | |Providing the names and telephone numbers of subcontractors to customers so that customers can work through details, schedules and issues with the subcontractors is not that for which general contractors are compensated. | |Failure to show for a confirmed appointment (without a call indicating that he would not be here), project delays and rescheduling were our experiences. Not once, however, was a call for a project progress payment missed.

Dan came to look at the old windows initially. He sent me an estimate within 3 days of contact. The following week, after accepting the contract, he came with another worker to get exact measurements. Windows were installed in one day with a return the next morning for some molding that needed to be adjusted. I was very satisfied. They are all very nice to work with and work around your needs and schedule.

Mione staff were professional & very skilled. Work was done meticulously. Messwas minimal. Finished on schedule.

It was a wonderful experience. Chris suggested replacing the acoustical tile ceiling with drywall. It was less expensive, and it looks beautiful. It looks much better than the original ceiling.

The quoted price was $96,000 and their estimate was fairly thorough. They covered everything but were not as specific as another company we had quote. They contacted me right away after I first was in touch with them. I thought they were very professional but they were a little high priced.

Everything went extremely well, they accomplished the work within the timeframe promised at the price that was promised, and the finished product is just fantastic. Everyone who worked on this job was extremely nice and professional. Chris Mione is very pleasant to deal with as a contractor. He remains in contact giving job updates and strives to make sure that the finished product is exactly what you want. If any questions or concerns came up during the construction, I would send an e-mail to Chris and usually heard back from him within the hour. The quality of the work they did is also excellent. My father spent all of his working years in the construction field, and after he viewed our finished patio and sunroom (inside and out), he said he could find no flaws in the workmanship.

They're professional and work in a timely manner.

They are prompt. They are on time. They delivered a quality product. They cleaned up well. They didn't leave anything behind. I know the owner, so he comes out each time to do the quote himself. I get that personal level of service. The price was great.

So far Mione Family has been wonderful. They have just begun the remodel, not done yet!

I called them and they came out right away to give me an estimate. They were higher priced than the other companies but I went with them. I highly recommend them. They did a very commendable job, did everything on time, and there were no extras. There were a couple problems after it was done but they came out and fixed it. It was a very quality job I've been getting compliments on everything. They were very meticulous with their work. They were excellent with responding to me. I'm quite satisfied.
