Description of Work: I contacted Harris TV & Appliance on Monday 6/23 to schedule a service appointment for my electric dryer. The lady over the phone told me that they will be able to come out on Wednesday 6/25. She said they will give me a call on Tuesday to give me a specific time. Well, came Tuesday, I didn't hear from them. So, I called back around 2:00 pm to see what time they are going to be here on Wednesday. The lady told me that I will get a call from them later in the evening for a time. Well...they NEVER call. So, I called them back on Wednesday morning to CANCELED the appointment. Seems like they don't want my business. I ended up calling Kevin Harner Appliance Service Company for a Friday appointment. I will write a review once the service is complete on their page.
