That was the last communication with them. I had a different company do the work and they were very fair in price (less than $2000.00), good work. prompt friendly. About everything I wanted in a vendor. And no, they do not want to be listed with Angie's list, so I am withholding their name.

Unfortunately, the things he did try did not work and the job requires more work. I will probably go with the same company. I was happy with the service they did provide

Description of Work: My frost proof faucet broke and leaked because of the winter of 2014. |HL Bowman replaced the faucet but the tech had problems with the torch and could not sweat the joints. He used another torch with a tank and had the same problem. The joints looked very sloppy and it took almost 3 hours. |Since you are charged per hour our bill was much higher that it should have been.

I have a very hectic schedule and they were extremely accomodating and easy to deal with in terms of appointment and final payment. I felt safe providing them with personal information.

Description of Work: The pipes had frozen in my house and they came and checked out the pipes and replaced the heat wrap (old heat wrap had stopped working). Everything went great and they were very prompt. I felt bad they had to work under the house in this cold, but he was prepared for it and didn't mind. I have used these plumbers in the past as well and they have always done a great job. The quality of their work is excellent and their charges are reasonable.

Description of Work: Brought and installed water heater, removed old one. Labor cost as much as the heater and didn't take long, wasn't complicated. I didn't have time to check for cheaper installer. Wish they'd installed external heat trap, as pipes coming out of unit are warm, even though manufacturer claims there's one inside. I put tubular foam around them to help.

Description of Work: They came after the flooring contractor refused to remove a vanity - it was a emergency and they came within the hour. Removed everything and came back after the floor was in and the room painted. Super installation! Beautiful new plumbing, professional, punctual, answered all questions and gave advice. I will call them again when I update the plumbing in the kitchen. Definitely someone you want to hire.

Description of Work: HL Bowman replaced an existing gas forced air heating and air-conditioning system. This included the input and output piping for the heating system. |They decommissioned and disposed of the old furnace and air conditioner and installed the new furnace on day one. They came back the following day and finished the installation of the air conditioner. They did a very good job on both installations. |They had three guys working on the installation. They were very good workers. They worked quietly and efficiently and did a great job. I'm a retired engineer and can be very picky about installations like this. They were able to completely satisfy me.
