Description of Work: They cleaned my house, they were difficult to work with kept changing times to clean. Did not show up 3x once they forgot about me , 2nd time they had to come right then or they would not be able to come that day because they over booked. It was the day before the 4th of July and I had plans for a get together and they did not come. 3rd time they hung up on me when they could not come earlier while on the phone. Last but not least I had to fire them because I needed someone I could depend on and you cannot depend on them. Then they would not return my key to the house I gave them, I gave them more then 3 weeks to do so but they did not. Finally I had to get the locks changed because they could not be trusted. Which cost plenty. They also ruined 2 pieces of furniture and did not even ask to repair them.

Her staff is caring, friendly, courteous, responsible and professional. They leave my rather large apt.sparking. I'm a senior and can't keep up any more and use them once a month. It's just the support I need. They are people I would trust as friends and they are always willing to do something extra if needed. I encourage you to consider their services.

Description of Work: She came into the house, early in the week, gave me an estimate about 5 hours later. Called and scheduled for the next Saturday, she came, we left, and she did her job very well. Was a crew of them, they came in and spread out and got the job done. A+ Adam

Description of Work: I went on Angie's List to find a housecleaner for my home. Denise came out within a day and gave me an estimate. I hired her this past fall and have been so pleased with her and her staff. They come in and work as a team cleaning the whole house, the best part is since there is more than one person they are in and out more quickly. Super professional, they bring their own supplies vacums etc. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants a super clean home!

Description of Work: I had a unique problem in that I bought a previously owned house, and I had no idea if it would be cleaned when the previous owner moved out-I had the feeling it would not be. Denise was the only company that I called that would be on short notice (1 day) if I found I, indeed, the house needed to be cleaned. After I was able to get into the house, I knew that I needed it cleaned before the furniture arrived. I had made prearrangements with Denise that I could call and she would be there the next day for a whole house clean. 4 people arrived at the designated time, and the 4 spent a total of 8 manhours cleaning. I was VERY pleased with the cleaning job that they did, and the pride of workmanship they all showed.

Description of Work: This provider initially said she was too busy to come but then she could fit me, but not for 10 days. I explained exactly what services I wanted which included making beds and doing at least a load of laundry as I had been traveling. She gave a price which I thought was quite high, but I agreed. However she came and spent two and half hours and hardly finished anything when she received a phone call and left. She did not reschedule or promise to come back and finish the service because she said she planned to go out of town and had her other clients. She seemed to have a childcare emergency and said her daugher was in an accident, and there was no-one to pick up her grand-daughter. In the 2 1/2 hours she had cleaned the bathtub, toilet (leaving stuff in the toilet)& the sinks in one bathroom. She did not clean the bathroom floor (I did it myself after she left, it was filthy) She made two beds, and was vacuuming a floor that I had asked her to sweep and yet area under bed not swept or vacuumed. She had not touched the kitchen, lvg room necessary vacuuming, dusting, -- none of the items we had agreed on in advance. She did not call me, but emailed the next night saying she thought $75 was fair for what she had done. Would you pay $75 for someone to clean your tub and toilet and vacuum one room and make two beds? My husband says that this is totally unfair as I had waited for her and counted on her services. I

Description of Work: Complete weekly housecleaning-furniture dusting, polishing and windex all glass, carpet vacuuming, wood floors dusted and/or mopped. Bathrooms cleaned and sterilized, all tile washed and all other general housecleaning. Special attention given to detail and a real concern that we were pleased with the job weekly.
