It never went anywhere because no one from this business bothered to call me back. Obviously no customer service.

I had no difficulty in scheduling an estimate, and it was significantly cheaper than other local services. We scheduled a cleaning based on this. However, on the morning of the cleaning, no one showed up or contacted us to let us know there would be a delay. I called Denise twice, and the second time she picked up. I reminded her of the scheduled cleaning and asked what might be going on or if we needed to reschedule, and she abruptly hung up on me. From her initial greeting, it sounded like something stressful might be going on, and I would have been happy to reschedule if she had explained the situation or called beforehand to let me know something had come up, but the response I received was completely unprofessional. Based on this, I will not be using her services in the future and cannot recommend her to others.

Everything they cleaned was done really well. Except they missed cleaning my stove and refrigerator. They ended up giving me a discount on the price.

Denise was very flexible when I needed to reschedule due to conflicts on my end. She and her staff leaped into action when they arrived and did a great job even though we didn't have things out of the way yet for them. They huddled to develop a plan and kept moving. We had valuables out in the open and nothing was touched. They did a great job. Very professional.

General housekeeping/cleaning every 2 weeks. Very professional. Has a team of workers that go over all the details. Provided a lot of tips on cleaning products to use on a daily basis on floor and countertops, etc. Very timely for biweekly appointments with great communications. Highly recommended.

I have used Denise 4 clean for many years, Her team has always been on time, responsive to my texts and have worked with my schedule. I work from home so not having them here all day is a plus! I would say my cleaning standards are super high. I expect a clean house when I pay someone to do it and am pleased. I have used other cleaners in the past and havent found anyone as good as Denise.

Denise and her crew cleaned for us bi-weekly for several years. They were very dependable and always did a great job - my kitchen just sparkled! We have a dog that is constantly dragging the outside in, so their thorough job of cleaning the floors was especially appreciated.

Denise and her team have been cleaning our properties for several years. They clean all of our homes on a bi-monthly basis and also perform our end of lease clean outs. They are a family run business that has been very responsive to our needs and our guests. Last year Denise and her husband had some medical issues that are more than likely the reason some of the reviews on this site, however; both are not back to good health and peak performance. I would recommend them to anyone seeking cleaning services in the greater Harrisburg area.

What has happened to denise4cleaning? My elderly mother in law used their cleaning service for years and had nothing but good things to say about them. Reliable, trustworthy, did a great cleaning job. So,of course, when my pregnant granddaughter needed some help around the house, I called Denise to see if she was taking new clients. She remembered my mother in law and was happy to take my granddaughter as a client. Granddaughter called and made an appointment for today, 7/3/15 at 9:30 am. My Granddaughter called last evening and left a vm confirming the appointment today. She did not get a return call and they never showed up at 9:15 this morning. After leaving numerous voicemails and after many unanswered phone calls, she gave up and cleaned herself, which for medical reasons she should not have done. I am so disappointed in this company for letting my granddaughter down like this. I think Angie's list should reconsider their rating. Did I mention that they were having a cookout for the 4th and were counting on Denise? Obviously we will be looking for a new cleaning service.

I have tried calling twice in the last two months. I did not receive a call back either time, and will not be reaching out a third time.

Cleaned a Townhome that we were moving out of. Did a great job despite having the water shut off. Would definitely hire for future cleaning needs.

The crew is always punctual, very friendly, and thorough. They are trustworthy and quick. On the rare occasion when rescheduling is needed, Denise is very responsive to texts and flexible. I have several children and they're great with them and also with my dog who is very protective of me and barks like crazy at everyone when I'm around. When I am gone they tell me she doesn't make a peep. (She's like this with everyone, even my own family members-- and should not reflect badly on the crew!)

Does a very good job - sometime no attention to detail because they are VERY quick. Four people are in and out in 1 hour. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

I have used Denise's services for a couple of years. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, the consistency of personnel and the responsiveness . Denise and her team are a pleasure to deal with. They are even great with my yappy little mutt.

I have used them for over 6 months now, and they do a very good job. They have been very flexible when I needed to space the cleanings out differently or change the amount of work we want them to do. I can text the owner, and they respond very quickly. No worries with these guys. I give them a B on their quality because I am a crazy perfectionist, and sometimes I notice they might miss something small. However, they more than make up for the little things. We have two small dogs that they are very good with as well.

|They are always on time and the crew begins as soon as they enter. They do an excellent job on all floors , carpet, wood, and tile. Our home looks and smells clean when they are done. We have had other cleaning companies but none have ever been as concerned and professional.
