I was happy with the results although there wer some areas missed on the bathroom cabinetry. Denise and her two workers were prompt and pleasant and got right to work. The two rooms were done in about an hour.

Denise has been cleaning my home for almost two years. She does an amazing job cleaning, even in my house with two youngs kids and a cat. She is very flexible if you need to switch days for some reason. I have had other cleaning services in the past, and have had horrible experiences. This has never been the case with Denise. Her prices are reasonable. I love coming home after she cleans.

I think she is good. The standards are different here on the east coast in terms of what you get for your money. She is dependable and trustworthy. I would rate her overall an A.

They do this on a weekly basis and we are very pleased with the friendly crew and very happy they come get the work done and then move on. Very professional staff!

Her name is Denise Roh. I got her name on Angie’s List. She is very congenial, very thorough and very trustworthy.

Denise came for an estimate and personal instructions, she followed each as she said she would. So far, best cleaning service I've used and plan to continue with Denise.

I did think she was a little expensive for an hour of cleaning, but did clean the house with a family member. I can't give her poor grades because my son-in-law didn't complain about her service.

She and her daughter do the cleaning. They are thorough.

Denise and her daughter clean every 3 weeks. I am very happy with the quality of their work. They really pay attention to detail, and it's wonderful to come home to a sparkling clean kitchen. They are always prompt, reliable, and quickly respond to any questions or concerns we have.

They arrive on time and get right to work and do not stop until job is completed! Demise 4 clean always is concerned that we are very satisfied with the job and is very upset if ever something was forgotten.(not often) I would recommend this service for your cleaning needs.

They did a very good job getting rid of construction dirt and built up dust.

Believe the first reviewers. She was 4 hours late. Her staff was unprofessional. Everything was NOT super clean, I had to go back and partially clean 2 bathrooms and a linoleum floor along with several other items.

Denise came to my house to give me an estimate and set a date for the first cleaning. I told her that the house really needed a good cleaning and she agreed that the first time would be more expensive than a regular cleaning and quoted a price of $110.00. She and her daughter appeared early on the 18th and began work immediately. They were both friendly, professional, and very hardworking. It soon became obvious that there was more work to be done than originally expected, so I approached Denise to assure her that I fully expected to pay more than the estimate. They completed the job after nearly twice as much time as expected, and when I asked Denise for the charge, she said she would accept whatever I considered fair. I figured twice the time should be twice the price - and I felt like I had gotten a bargain. My house has never been so clean. I look forward to working with Denise for a long time.

We are quite happy with Denise Roh's cleaning service. She and her daughter are professional, punctual and do a nice job cleaning our home. They are also trustworthy - that's so important. When something isn't quite right, they want to know about it and make it right immediately. It is so nice to be able to come home from a long day at work and find the house already clean. It turned out just fine. They were excellent.

Very prompt and courteous. Came to our house a few days after I first made contact to give an estimate and was immediately able to schedule me in for the next week. She has been to the house twice since and has done a very thorough job! We had another cleaner that did much less efficient work previously but only charged $80. We will continue to use Denise

Arrived on time and brought all of their own equipment. Went through whole condo and thoroughly cleaned - dusting, scrubbing (and used a steam mop on tile), and vacummed using Orek cleaners. I was most impressed and yes, I have scheduled them for once a month through December. I would highly recommend them. I was there to see all this work done.

They did an excellent job. Most importantly, I feel confident in having them here while I am at work.

Denise did an EXCELLENT job. I don't know why or how the other person submitting a report on Angie's list could ever have a problem with her. I'm sure it was not Denise's fault but the fault of the other party who expected her to go beyond the realm of normal housecleaning. AND I wonder if that person ever cleaned their house themselves! Hmmm! Good question. Anyway, I don't know Denise at all and decided to hire her because she seemed like a very responsible person. I had a bad experience with another person on Angie's list and was not happy. But Denise followed through, showed up on time, kept in contact with me at all times and did a fantastic job. The job was supposed to take about 2 hours but the house had not been cleaned in a while so it took her 4.5 hours and the price was still the same that she quoted me. You can't ask for anymore than that from a company! She is honest, truthful, punctual, professional, efficient, thorough, motivated and just a very nice person who takes her job seriouslyl! All I can say is thanks to Denise and I have hired her on a regular basis. And trust me, I'm a very picky person! I'm glad I got to meet and know Denise and will highly recommend her to my friends!
