They cleaned my house from the top to bottom and provided own products. I use them every month and my house is always spotless when they leave. I would be very sorry if they ever stopped doing business with me. The only reason we skipped Dec.,2013 was because I was in CA.

I don't remember the date I had them come clean. I have been very sick for the past 2 years which is why I need help cleaning. I hired them to clean my first floor (Kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room). They broke several items because of knocking down a shelf in the kitchen and put the items back on the shelf with the broken parts hidden. They didn't even tell me that they broke them. It was not until I notice it days later and called her, she denied it at first and finally admitted to what happened. |They took my shower head off to clean it and it now leaks. They didn't even move any furniture but vacuumed around everything. 2 of the items broken were old and irreplaceable. |They didn't even clean the kitchen floor which was the main reason I hired them. I have dogs and there were still clumps of dog hair around the perimeter of the room. |This was such a big disappointment and I am afraid to hire anyone else for fear that even more items will be destroyed and I will still have a dirty house.

They were punctual,accommodating and wonderful to work with.

We have had their service for many years Tom and his entire crew have been providing excellent service from day one. We have had other services before but none have been as faithful and diligent as Denise4clean. When they leave our home it not only smells clean, it is clean!!

Denise is always pleasant to deal with. She and her crew bring all of their own supplies mad machines. They work as a team and spend anywhere between 30-60 minutes on the job. The cleaning is satisfactory. Changes in schedule have been difficult as she does not always remember that we have switched days. But as long as it is a normal scheduled day she is reliable, efficient and worth the money.

They do an excellent job and I am happy with their services. They are very thorough and very dependable. I have been using them for about 2 years. They usually send a variation of the same people. Sometimes Denise herself comes out. They bring their own materials. I just like that they do a great job at my home.

Everything has working out fine. They are very punctual and I have never had any complaints about their work. They do not cut corners and are very thorough. Denise used to come with the crew and do a walkthrough, but she no longer comes by anymore. But it is the same crew each time, which I like. I also like that they bring their own supplies. Overall, I am very pleased with their service. I wish Denise would come back out again for the walkthroughs.

When we came back in here, it didn't look like they touched anything. When I called her back to let her know, she got very angry and said: "We don't lie." I would never recommend or use them again.

The service was pretty good. I would recommend them to anyone needing housecleaning.

They were running a little. I really appreciated a call to let know. I'm used to people just showing up late. When I opened the door about 5-6 people came in introduced themselves and got to work. I sat on my couch with my 12 year old dog as they all were cleaning. I've never had a cleaner so as they were cleaning I was checking some of the rooms that they cleaned. Finally, after almost five month my baseboard in the kitchen were clean. They also did a fantastic job. I have 3 kids and 2 dogs. My house so clean that I asked my husband if they could come every week instead of every 2 weeks. I wanted my house I one that clean every week. I have a 3 store townhouse. The rooms and bathroom downstairs belong to the teenagers . I think my daughter in 5 months only kind of cleaned it once. I warmed the person that was going down there to bd ready. All if the clears were so nice if I had any questions the would stop what they were doing to talk to me to let me know what they were doing.

I have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of the relationship our two companies have developed over the past year. We strive to exceed our customers expectations and Denise4Clean has been a valuable partner in helping us achieving superior guest satisfaction. I would recommend Denise to anyone looking for cleaning services in the greater Harrisburg area. She is prompt, honest and a true professional.

Nice friendly team comes monthly, fast (well under an hr with about 4 people) Best in kitchen and bath. Dusting is not thorough and definitely not under furniture. Could be more thorough. I will keep this service until I find better, but will keep looking.

They always try to accommodate your needs. Very good service. I wish these same ladies worked in PA where we are now located.

I contacted Denise based on her reviews on Angie's List - I am quite picky about cleaning, I'll admit up front, and usually do it myself because I have found most of the cleaning services in the Harrisburg area to be overpriced and not thorough enough. Thought I'd give Denise4Clean a try. She contacted me promptly via email based on my inquiry, and was extremely polite and professional. She came to my house to give a free estimate, which I thought was nice, and sent me an estimate via email later the same day. I'm sure she's super-busy, and when she came (right on time) for her estimate appointment, an uninvited frozen meat salesman had hijacked me, and I had to deal with him and Denise at the same time - she was very understanding about this. She charges one price to clean monthly, and a lower price for bi-weekly. I went with the monthly rate to start, since I didn't want to commit to bi-weekly. She also said that she'd charge $30 extra to clean the finished basement, and I agreed. The first time she cleans for you, she charges $20 extra to get a feel for the place, and probably using the assumption that the place may be a littler dirtier than after she starts cleaning regularly. She came with herself and two others (one I think was her husband)? Denise and her crew were fast, and I almost think too fast, to do a thorough cleaning. My overall impression is that Denise herself did a great job cleaning (she was extremely thorough in cleaning my kitchen...wiped down all cabinets very well, wiped down the kitchen table and chairs, went under the cushions, etc.). However, I don't feel the same way about the two gentlemen. They did the upstairs and the finished basement...the master bedroom in particular hadn't been cleaned very well around the floors - lots of dirt and dust around the baseboards, and the baseboards themselves hadn't been cleaned. I noticed this after Denise and the crew left. I asked Denise if she and the crew accepted tips, and she said yes - so I tipped $20 (I think) - probably shouldn't have done so without inspecting the entire house thoroughly before they left, especially given the cost of the cleaning, but I try to tip fairly and gave them the benefit of the doubt. The floors were the worst part - I am very particular about the floors - I hate to walk on tile or hardwood and lift my sole to see dirt (I guess no one does) - but I also have a toddler (who was a crawler at the time) - so really want a clean floor. After Denise left, I took photos of the floor that I cleaned with my Swifter pad. Very dirty...I felt very bad to have paid $210 ($160 monthly fee + $20 first time fee + $30 for the finished basement) and to have floors in this condition. If I can figure out how to attach a photo to this review, I'll do that (if I can't, it's a picture of several blackened Swifter pads and paper towels). I had to clean the finished basement floors on my own - not sure what they did, but it was clearly not a full faith effort. One other thing I didn't like was that the products used had a very bleachy smell...some may like that though...just something I don't prefer. Overall, I expect a better level of cleaning quality for the price, and I didn't contact Denise again. In Denise's defense, I didn't contact her about the quality and give her the chance to respond. She contacted me two months later via email to see if I was happy with the last cleaning and if I wanted to schedule again. I didn't respond, which I feel bad about - I wish I had and discussed the issue with her. Either way, this review is based on the first cleaning, which I expected to be very thorough given the cost.

Very poor. They used some kind of cleaner, blue in color, that all but ruined the Pergo floors and stained the white woodwork. The blue stain still will not come out. The only way to get rid of it is to paint. Also, they walked over the wet floors before they dried leaving boot prints thru the entire house.The house looked worse after they "cleaned" than when they arrived. We fired them.

Denise and her team cleaned my home every three weeks. They did an excellent job and were thorough. I was very pleased with their attention to detail in my crowded and somewhat difficult home to clean. It was wonderful coming home to a clean house after work. I would definitely use their service in the future. I've also recommended their services to a family member.

It was not thorough at all. This was done in no time. The floors weren't washed and the toilet wasn't washed. I knew they didn't do it because I didn't hear the toilet flush. They didn't do any of the floors. I felt that it was a very quick sweep. I can do that kind of cleaning. There were five people here. They were here for 45 minutes and it wasn't clean. She never gave me an opportunity to look around to see what was done and what wasn't done. Her word to me as they were leaving was "well, whatever we missed we'll get next time." She showed up at my door in May unannounced to clean again. I haven't even told her that I wanted her again. She never called me to see what I thought of her cleaning.

We contacted Diane - and requested an estimate. She told us that she would contact us with an estimate the next day. We have not heard from her since. We attempted to contact her on two more occassions to ask about the estimate - but we were never contacted after that. We are still unclear to this day as to why we were not offerred an estimate or service.

Vacuuming and dusting were quite good on both visits. Bathrooms and kitchen were just okay - surface cleaned only. No disinfectants were used. Bathroom shower after first visit still had a fair amount of black mold. Denise had her crew back in a few days and took care of the reachable mold - responsiveness to issue was good. However on second visit, the kitchen floor was very dirty and looked like it had only been swiped at with a damp paper towel, The kitchen rugs had not been moved and there was plenty of dirt under the fringe. I called the same day, and Denise argued with me that she had inspected the house herself and that everything was taken care of. To her credit, she did make arrangements to come back the next Monday, but after coming home today, the floor was barely touched. I felt I paid for services ($180 for deep clean, $140 for routine clean) that I did not get. I will not be calling again.

Denise did an initial cleaning assessment. We shared what we liked and did not like with our previous cleaning service. Denise and crew exceeded our expectations.

My Mom needs more of a housekeeper. Last time, a young man vacuumed the living room, but didn't bother to fold a crumpled up blanket on the couch. She needs more than just a quick dusting and vacuuming.We need someone who will go above and beyond basic cleaning.

I was very satisfied with the service. They were always very prompt and on time, and they did a great job. I would recommend them.
