"I felt like Gary abandoned my projects. I hired and paid for him to finish our basement/attic. I also had a few other projects like a fireplace remodel, kitchen tiling, and doorframe build that I needed. He finished the basement and quoted me for the others but said he would have to go to another project and come back after Christmas, then New Years, then he didn’t know. I have been calling, texting, and always get a runaround and a bunch of excuses. Miguel, his assistant, was great and always went above and beyond and provided great customer service. With Gary, it felt like pulling teeth to get my projects finished. He even left my finished attic with no door on the crawl space. My contract said “finish trim work in attic” and he claimed he didn’t know there was a crawl space door there when he quoted me so I’d have to pay someone else to do it. Honestly, I’m pretty sure that was an excuse to just be done with my project and on to a bigger dollar project he had lined up. I think he’s blowing me off now because he’s chasing higher paying jobs instead. Disappointing when someone doesn’t keep their word, so be wary of that. If you have a bigger dollar job, you’ll be fine until it gets to the end and he’s ready to move on and leave loose ends on your project. I wanted to give him a chance to redeem himself, but he doesn’t seem interested."

From the beginning, I felt comfortable. They explained everything, were more than open to additional phone calls to clarify any questions I had and gave me an estimate very quickly. While I knew the work would not be started for several months, I received weekly phone calls from Michele, so I felt informed the whole time. They even took care of the permit that was required, so I didn't have to do any paperwork, handle the fee or answer questions. Mike was great about getting the measurements and he let me know the work would not start until he made sure all of the pieces were available. Frank was super with the installation. He treated the entire project as if he were working on his own home. The payments were done over the duration of the project, so I didn't feel like I was handing over my money without anything in return. And the final payment was not due until I was satisfied with the work completed. The warranty provided on the materials was excellent.
