Tom was excellent to work with along with his helper. He gave me a reasonable price for my chimney liner and chimney cap and masonry work. What I respect the most about Tom is when he came out to look at my job he removed the pipe from my heater it was so clogged from no liner. When he saw it he had his helper go grab the tools and unclogged it immediately for me before he left which I thought was so nice not only did he not charge me for the quick clean out but he had no idea if I would choose him to do the job because I told him in the beginning I had another man coming out that following Monday for a second estimate. Both men were nice but Tom went the extra mile so I chose him for the job. I was not disappointed he showed up on time did a great job with the liner and the chimney I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest guy with good prices does great work and shows up on time.

These gentlemen are rare in today's home service. They are not only completely professional and thorough, they are genuinely courteous. They are just the very nicest people to deal with, and they at times had to put themselves out because they were traveling a distance to work on my chimney. They were so helpful and informative every step of the way. I cannot thank them enough.

Tom called me the day before to confirm the appointment and again when he was on his way. He was punctual, clean and efficient. He also offered to remove his shoes since it was raining. Very respectful. I didn't expect such great service for the price. I highly recommend using him.

My project was installation of a liner, chimney capping and repairing some brickwork on the chimney. They did a great job in a timely fashion and fair price. I couldn't have asked for a nicer team. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

did an excellent job for a reasonable price

My project was an installation of a liner and chimney capping. They got the job done despite working on a pitched roof for five hours and with wind gusts of 60mph. I also liked the fact that their additional recommendations- a capping sealer and a stainless steel flue cap on an adjacent flue-were a cost overrun, but a necessary and not an expensive cost overrun. I think they have the best interests of the homeowner in mind and are going to assess the situation fairly and be convey that in a straight forward manner. When the project was completed, they documented with expert photos of the site which is helpful to the homeowner in understanding that what was done was completely justified.
