Very attentive to my needs after evaluation they recommended a chimney insert that performed beyond my expectations

The owner and his helper showed up arguing with each other. Then, when they were cleaning the chimney, the large vacuum exploded and the entire house was filled with soot. They left soot all over the carpet in the den, which we had to clean. When they left, they dumped all the soot remaining in the vacuum in our backyard. I did not know this until I let out the dogs and they ran through the yard and became covered in black soot. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. This is also the last time I will use Angi to recommend a service provider.

Able to start the job within a week and finish the same day, they started early morning and worked in the dark until the job was finished like promised !!

They always answer the phone and keep their appointments. Would use them again.

The guys did a great job putting up my new chimney and closing off the old one etc. I would recommend them for the job.

The workers were great with, my 6 yr old child asking questions. They allowed him to hold a flashlight for one of them. They treated him as if he was helping not hindering their work.

We had the top of our chimney rebuilt (it was leaning), had the rest of it sealed and waterproofed, and also had a new liner installed. They were able to schedule the work quickly, and completed the job on schedule. Finished product looks great.

Tom was able to schedule me quickly and came out and did a thorough inspection of my chimney. A liner was needed and Tom had his crew come out and install it the next day. They were quick, thorough, and most importantly, safety, conscious, and professional. Another company wanted me to wait five days for an estimate. Carbon monoxide is a killer and no one has the luxury of five days to wait for an estimate. When I receive the estimate finally from the other company, actually, four days after TNT sweeps completed their job, the price was outrageous. I am thankful that Angieâ s list put me on to TNT sweeps. They went above and beyond, and when they left, you couldnâ t even tell they were there. Their clean up was absolute and complete, and their workers were diligent and paid attention to every detail. This company is excellent. Their customer service is off the charts. They get the job done quickly professionally and at a reasonable price. Overall, it was a wonderful experience to deal with Tom and his crew.

A bit rough around the edges but very knowledgeable and responsive. Called me back promptly after I submitted the request and arrived on time. Scheduled and on time for the repairs. Called and followed up after to make sure everything was okay even after they had completed the work.

I live in a log cabin which has two chimneys that are nearly 100 years old. There were several holes and cracks in need of repair. T and T Sweeps came in and repaired them. They did great work, were economical and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Extremely quick to respond and easy to schedule! Work was done in a professional manner. My only disappointment was that I had to ask how long to wait before using the fireplace after the lining was installed. Better communication with the customer is needed.

these guys are the best. They came out almost immediately. No one has cleaned the fireplace insert or the chimney like they did. I had absolutely no draft, another company wanted to charge me $600 because my chimney is not standard height. They had all the tools necessary to clean it all the way up, not like the last company that came out. They cleaned the woodstove shelf-no company had cleaned that before and left the house without a trace they were here. Very respectful of keeping the place clean as they went. Even made friends with the dog. I scheduled my next cleaning right away. These guys far out shine anyone out there. Highly recommend

Zach did an amazing job cleaning and inspecting our wood stove flu. He left our house cleaner than when he arrived. Heâ s reliable, returns calls, and showed up when he said he would. Our entire family feels safe now. Thank you!! See you next year!!
