Very well. The technician was very personable, thorough, and professional. I was happy with the work but thought the quote for the routine install and outside lights were a little high.

The person who came was professional and prompt. He did an inspection, and it was definitely more of a sales call to try and sell us lots of other preventative maintainence.

Lowry services is great on the phone and scheduling. Their tech service was unacceptable. The tech put 10+ stickers in my basement, over all of my past suppliers, without even asking for permission. Didn't get what I thought I ordered. They weren't very helpful, said if I still had problem and they came out would be charged if it was a different issue. Called Angie's list and got a prompt refund.

Arrived very punctually. The serviceman introduced himself and set to work. One of the fixtures was difficult to access but he applied elbow grease and finished the job. He was there most of the day. Longer, I'm sure, than he thought he was going to be, but he was very pleasant and left the areas he was working on clean.

It went very well. Each of the taska requested was done very well, could not have been better.

I think they did a reasonable job, I just think they were overpriced because with each deal we had to pay money in addition which I didn't expect. They came out pretty quick. After we got another electrical provider in, they commented that the electrical wire wasn't installed properly and that they didn't follow code. I am not an electrical expert so I don't know whether they were telling the truth or not.

The service went good and I hope it will remedy the issue until I can replace our unit. I feel that the price was high based on our neighbor having the same service 7 days ago with a different company and only paying $150 so they are $90 over the company my neighbor used a week ago. I would use this company again as they were quick, professional and very knowledgeable.

Spent 3 months bidding out an attic a/c replacement. Had 10 contractors submit and in the end chose Lowry because of their warranty and because the sales rep actually took the time to answer my questions. These mahcines cost thousands and have to last years so I really did my homework on this. Hired Lowry's and set a date to install. Installers showed up on time. Very nice guys. Prepared my home with carpet covers etc to protect surfaces and proceeded to get into the attic. Now I have a very small attic space entry. I know that. The sales rep knew that. Apparently, they discovered they could not install the air handler in the space provided. Supervisor called by the installers who confirmed the bad news. The deal was off! They packed up their things and gave me a comp refill on my freon (my unit leaks which is why it is getting replaced). Now I am left without an a/c and likely without any option to get someone else to do the job because now it is June and too hot to go into the attic. All the time for nothing because they sent someone out to estimate a job who obviously does not know what he is doing. Unacceptable.

They came out, did the work and it was fine.

The did show up on time but they ended up charging us a lot more thant the initial price. They weren't there a very long time either. It seem like a bait and switch with the advertisement. They "fixed" one of our canned lights in the upstairs hallway but a week later it didn't work again. We tried to contact them by email to see if they guaranteed their work, since it obviously didn't really fix the problem and they never responded. We also had to pay almost $200 extra for the service and we still have nothing to show for it.

The plumbers arrived on time. I think one was being trained. They checked out some of my plumbing and informed me what they were going to do before starting. They were professional at all times. They made sure I knew how to work everything since we attached 2 hoses together and one was that as seen on tv flexihose. So far everything is great and leak free which I have not had for 20 yrs. it is now a pleasure to water my plants!

They did a great job. For the Big Deal, their service was fine. We also used them for electrical work and they did a good job.

The representative of Lowry Electric Plumbing Heating & Cooling were on time, they came when they said they were going to come and completed the work directly the first time and they tested everything. They are outstanding with old house electric work.I would have gotten a cheaper price but the quality of work would have been lower. They made sure that everything was smooth.

They were good. I feel like the price of the deal was not good. When you priced out the work he seemed way higher then others. They were pricey.

The work was very good. I think the part was bad when they first left so I called them and they came back and fixed it. They were on time.

It went fine. Purchased the Angie's List Big deal $49 for $249 of service. It wasn't a big job, but that seemed reasonable. There was a small extra charge for something (don't remember), but again, seemed reasonable. Overall, I am pleased.

Very prompt and professional! Cleaned up after themselves as well. Though the job was a bit costly but they worked really hard getting wires through my attic to install the cable jack.

We haven't had the work done yet so I can't provide any details.

When the servicemen first arrived he explained a full house plumbing inspection would be provided at no extra charge. Also he stated the pricing of Angies deal was misleading. He clarified Lowrys was not offering $59 for an hour of labor, but my total bill would be reduced by $59. He inspected my toilets and proposed I would need a complete tank rebuild, tank bolts, and braided supply line at a cost of $400.00. I declined his offer and he headed for the door. I requested for him to come back and install a flapper to resolve the initial service call request and he complied. I felt I was being duped and left to feel taken advantage of by the experience.

I could not have asked for the installation to go any smoother. The crew was on time, were very courteous and did a great job in cleaning up afterwards. They laid tarps down to protect the carpeting and were very careful in carrying out the old equipment and in bringing in the new equipment. After the job was completed they took the time to show me how to work the new thermostat.

I called when i got water collecting in the front of the basement of my row house. They scheduled a technician almost immediately, and he determined that the water service pipe, which was ancient, was leaking. He said that to replace the line, about 8 or 10 feet to the main under the street , would cost about $6800. Gulping, I thanked him and said I'd need to get one or two other estimates. (I knew that a neighbor who'd had the same problem paid about $4000.) Right away, he got on the phone with his supervisor, then said they'd cut me a break and do it for $4400 if I signed a contract right then and there. I did, and I'm not sorry I did, but the sudden negotiation gives me pause. Do they routinely inflate their estimates by a couple thousand dollars in hopes that the customer will agree without getting other quotes? I don't know, but, um, it looks like that. They were prompt, polite, and quick. They even offered to put on booties while trekking from the sidewalk to my basement. As far as I can tell, their work was fine. (If it wasn't, I won't find out in my lifetime.) But my advice to others is, obviously: don't sign off on the first price they quote.

The story as above , if we need more work we would be happy to use this service and Jesus again.

He came and was professional....he went right to the switches and installed 2 dimmer switches...I would have preferred a different type of dimmer switch, but evidently that was what he had

Techncian was very informative and professional. Would use this company again for future needs.
