Description of Work: I have used IT Landis several times in past. They are extremely curteous and professional in their job. However, they are pretty expensive. But still worth it. They installed a new water pressure reducer in our main water line.

Description of Work: Removed old electric water heater & installed gas-fired tankless (on-demand) water heater. Due to the location and size difference, job required re-plumbing, running 120-V electric line from garage to basement, installing gas line across finished basement and installing air intake & exhaust piping. | |They were on-time, professional, took about as much time as estrimated, and job site was cleaned up afterward. Plumbing & electric work are very professionally-done. | |They were the only firm in the area interested in installing a gas on-demand heater, so no price competition, but I've used them before and would use them again.

Description of Work: Replace water pump resovoir. Job was done on time, correctly.

Description of Work: We had I.T.Landes & Son service our homes for over twenty years, for the most part found their work very acceptable. The majority of technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. Down through the years there were incidences when technicians would differ on their opinions regarding diagnosing a problem, but for the most part rather consistent...despite their fees which have a tendency to be higher rather than average....we were usually confident that the job had been done correctly...for that piece of mind, the extra money was considered well spent. When we lived in the Harleysville area...where I.T.Landes basically has a monopoly...they were quicker to respond and most certainly easier to schedule an appointment with. Once we relocated, within a seven mile radius, all became a bit more challenging...which is difficult when you're attempting to accommodate your's and their busy schedule. Eventually, we moved on to someone who wasn't quite so "in demand".

Description of Work: Issue with frig dying and new one required all new connections thru basement. Done in a timely, professional manner.

Description of Work: I have had them for heating oil delivery and oil burner service for many years. Very good company to deal with. Nice employees. Very competent. They do the most thorough job of cleaning my furnace that I have seen--easily on site 2-1/2 to 3 hours each time. Oil prices usually low compared to other companies.
