Description of Work: Plumbing repair. Work was done professionally. Very satisfied. Originally called on a Sunday for an emergency repair but tech was able to offer suggestions that allowed us to get by for a few days until they could fit us in on the calendar.

Description of Work: We have used them for a long time primarily for plumbing services. They are more expensive than others but do an excellent job and are professional and prompt. They do not have Saturday afternoon or Sunday hours. I would highly recommend them at least for plumbing jobs.

Description of Work: Cleaned soot out of clogged oil boiler. Did not have burner nozzle in stock. Returned 2-1/2 wks. later with new nozzle. Installed new nozzle and had to replace faulty igniter unit. Tuned burner. Unit runs good again.

Description of Work: I have used IT Landes several times for heating and plumbing issues. They are not cheap, but their work is always excellent. They installed my hot water heater and fixed my furnace twice over an 11 year period. I have always been happy with their work.

Description of Work: We decided to finally install central air in our home. We also installed a new heating system. The contractor came out and wrote up an estimate for us. He checked the square footage of the home and rooms to be cooled/heated and checked the existing ductwork. We were offered a couple of choices to place the a/c unit. The office was available to answer follow up questions. The job was done in 2 days and they applied for a manufacturer's rebate for me. They also helped complete the paperwork to apply for a PECO rebate.

Description of Work: Landis responded promptly when I called for an estimate to check (and then replace) my water heater. They arrived promptly both for the estimate and the actual work. The work was done very professionally and the serviceman cleaned up when he was finished. While Landis is not the least expensive provider, they always provide excellent work. I have used them before and would use them again.
