It was fine, perfect

I don’t know how much we spent because my husband takes care of that stuff. I don’t know the estimated amount. They are local people and work according to the local time. They seem to really know what they are doing. They are confident. We will absolutely use their services again in the future.

The techncian was very nice as always but the price of the cleaning went up alot from previous years. Also less parts a warrantied. I might have to shop around next year before resigning a agreeement for another year. I alos do not like the way the schedule service calls. You call and then they have to call you back to set the appointment? Why they cant do it in all one step in beyond me. Seems like a waste off my time and thiers.

When I called that morning i hadn't even expected to get an appointment, but they promised to fit me in. They kept me apprised of their status all day. When the plumbers arrived I was pleased to find out that the one technician was the same guy who had come out last year to camera my line for me. He remembered the house and all the details of the sewer line. They had me all sorted out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be using IT Landes again.

5/21 called for estimate. 5/27 representative measured rooms, checked window size and placement, checked electric service, viewed attic crawl space and compressor location. 6/1 received estimate.

They provided excellent work, were knowledgeable, and clean. The had minimal disruption to our home. However, their pricing was higher than I had expected. Based on this I would not use them again.

Free estimates are available , but only during the day , No evenings ,No weekend , just NOT CONVENIENT HOURS for people who have to work during the day.

I worked with Debbie at this company, and she was wonderful. They have a showroom, so we picked the tub/toilet/vanity/fixtures there. We picked out our own lighting from a home improvement store and the tile from the tiling company they contract with. It did take us a while to get scheduled, but once we were on the book the installation went smoothly. It was great not to have to deal with all the details... we just picked things out and watched as they were installed. It only took a few days, and we LOVE the results. We did have a few issues with toilet and drain in the tub, but that was not Landes' fault. They did come out and fix it right away. Another issue was with the tiling, but again, that was not Landes' fault. I worked with Debbie at Landes to resolve this issue, and she got it taken care of and even followed up to make sure it had been corrected. I would certainly use I. T. Landes for future projects, however I wouldn't use the tiling company they contracted with.

In order to save money I did much of the work myself. The initial estimate was closer to $7,000, which included the parts (tub, fixtures, toilet & cabinet install and flooring). I performed the demo, tiling (tub & floor), toilet, and cabinet install. I worked with Dave and Debbie. Both were very helpful and professional. They understood my need to keep costs down and were very willing to let me buy my own parts and do some of the work myself. They sub-contracted the framing and drywall to someone else who did a very good job. I hired the electrician. The work was done on time, as promised. The quality was very good. I think their prices were as good as other estimates. I was given very good advice on products and layout of fixtures.

I was in desperate need for water, I agreed. When the bill came in it was just listed as "$1,020". Nothing about items, tax, a single price. I called them on the phone, paid it by credit card. The girl told me it went through, I asked for an itemized bill. I got a call with a lot of double talk that they had told us up front. I told them I'm not arguing that or the amount, I just want an itemized bill. I have never got it. They did the job, but giving me the run around about an itemized bill makes me suspicious of their billing process. The gentleman who did the job was professional, however the gentleman on the phone was not.

They were excellent. Their office staff and their workers are very courteous and they met my needs very well. They are a little pricey but their work is very good and worth all the money I pay.

Our first contact with the company was with JR. He was very honest and answered all of my questions about installing a new water heater. We were thinking of changing to a natural gas tank less system, but after looking extensively into our house structure and talking to a rep from PECO, his recommendation was to stay with a standard tank unit. He took the time on several occasions to answer our questions and was able to come out for an estimate the day after I called. The techs who installed the water heater were prompt, courteous, and efficient.

Someone answered the phone when I called and scheduled an appointment. They called the day before to confirm and gave me a 1 hour window. They will call before they come to the house. They arrived within the window we were given. They were quick and did what we asked with no problems. Haven't received the bill yet so I am not sure about pricing.

The company gave an accurate estimate over the phone and provided fast and high quality service.

ALWAYS VERY DEPENDABLE SERVICES WITH COURTEOUS AND CONSCIENTOUS SERVICEMEN. PHONE CALLS HANDLED PROFESSIONALLY.

IT LANDES HAS A VERY PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE GROUP WHERE YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE AS TO YOUR NEED WITH A LIVE RECEPTIONIST WHO WILL FORWARD YOUR CALL TO THE APPROPRIATE PERSONNEL. OUR WATER SOFTENER HAD BEEN LEAKING AND THEN A WATER SURGE DAMAGED SOME VALVES, CAUSING OUR BASEMENT TO FLOOD. THEY INSTRUCTED US AS TO WHAT TO DO UNTIL THEY COULD REACH US SO WE COULD STOP THE FLOODING. THEY SUPPLIED ALL PARTS OF GOOD QUALITY AND SUGGESTED CHANGING THE WATER SOFTENER TO A DIFFERENT MODEL THAT WOULD RUN ONLY AS NECESSARY (TESTS WATER AUTOMATICALLY VS. USAGE) WHICH HAS SAVED ON OUR SALT COSTS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEIR PRICES WERE LESS THAN SEVERAL PLUMBERS WE CALLED TO CHECK PRICES IN THE AREA.

WHEN SERVICE WAS CALLED TO HAVE THEM COME AND CLEAN THE FURNACE, HAD TO WAIT AT LEAST ONE MONTH BEFORE THEY COULD COME OUT. 'IF WE HAD CALLED IN JULY, THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO COME SOONER', WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE, BUT MOST PEOPLE DO NOT THINK ABOUT GETTING THE FURNACE 'CLEANED' IN JULY. WHEN THEY CAME OUT, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER; THEY WERE PROMPT. WHEN SOMETHING WAS MAKING A NOISE AFTER THEY HAD LEFT, THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO CHECK TO SEE WHAT THE CAUSE WAS.

THIS IS AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS OUTSTANDING AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY CAREFUL IN MY HOME SO NOTHING WAS DAMAGED. THEY COORDINATED THE ENTIRE PROJECT WITH THE TILE INSTALLERS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY CAME AND FIXED OUR SEWER PIPE WHICH WAS DAMAGED BY ROCKS AND TREE STUMPS.

EXCELLENT COMPANY FOR PROFESSIONALISM AND QUALITY OF WORK. THEY ARE JUST EXPENSIVE. HOWEVER, I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH ANY WORK THAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME.

DUE TO A FLOOD WITHIN OUR HOUSE, THE HEATER WAS DAMAGED. THE COMPANY WAS QUICK TO RESPOND. THE SERVICEMEN WERE VERY THOROUGH, INFORMATIVE, AND POLITE.

OUR SEWER SYSTEM BACKED UP ON A WEEKEND. THEY CAME WITHIN TWO HOURS - TWO MEN AND A MACHINE. THEY ROTO-ROOTERED INTO THE HOUSE AND OUT TO THE STREET, AND GOT EVERYTHING RUNNING AGAIN. A YEAR AND A HALF LATER, IT HAPPENED AGAIN. THEY AGAIN CAME, ON A WEEKEND, AND OPENED IT UP. THEY SUGGESTED THAT WE USE A SINGLE DEGRADABLE TISSUE ALL THE TIME, AND THAT IS WHAT WE DO. THEY ALSO TOLD US WHAT TO DO IF IT HAPPENED AGAIN; A CAMERA WOULD GO DOWN AND SEE IF THE LINE WAS BROKEN SOMEWHERE. HOPEFULLY NOT. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED, THEY WERE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT AND PUT MY FEARS TO REST. (THE $250.00 FEE IS THE WEEKEND FEE; IF THIS HAD HAPPENED DURING THE WEEK, IT WOULD HAVE COST 100.00 LESS.)

THE PLUMBER WAS VERY POLITE. HE WAS QUICK AND CLEAN. THE ONLY THING THAT KEPT HIM FROM GETTING AN "A" FOR QUALITY WAS THAT THE SHOWER PIPE WAS LEFT LOOSE IN THE WALL AND NOT ANCHORED WELL TO A STUD. HOWEVER, THIS WAS MINOR AND I DIDN'T BOTHER CALLING THEM ON IT. THE JOB COST MORE THAN $50, BUT WAS COVERED UNDER A HOME WARRANTY.

THE PEOPLE AT LANDIS & SONS ARE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THE SERVICE PROVIDED FOR MY FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT WAS PROMPT AND AFFORDABLE. THEY CALLED ME TO REMIND OF THE NEED FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. FREE HOUSE CALL, AND FAIR ON BILLING ISSUES.
