They are overall a good company. I will use them again in the future.

I like them a lot. The maintenance cost includes a $40 filter. The furnace and installation itself was around $4000. They are very easy to work with. They do good work and clean up after themselves. They basically just do what I ask. They will come within a noon till 5 o' clock time frame. They are very responsive and seem quite professional. I am going to be talking to them about a humidifier.

Excellent service! Their rep. showed up on time and worked up estimates which allowed me several equipment options. The installation was originally to take about a day and a half, but Donahue's had a scheduling change and was able to send more employees to help. They were able to complete the installation on the first day!

I had previously called Gillece Heating and Plumbing and within 5 minutes after being at my home he had recommended a new furnance which I might add was working great. I had called Gillece and told them what I needed before he came out but the service man started taking apart my furnace saying I needed this I needed that, this was out of code and just went on and on. I told him if he wasn't here to fix the pipe (which was rusting through) then we were done and I wasn't paying for his initial visit either. He went on with his sales pitch and telling how to get a loan for a new furnace. Very frustrating. Donahoe came out and did exactly what I asked them to do after giving me a price. I thought he would take the whole pipe out but he saved me money as part of the pipe was still in great shape and did not need replaced which I wouldn't have known if he hadn't said anything. I would gladly have Donahoe come back out to service my furnace or air conditioner. Great job and good price. I actually enjoyed talking with the tech also.

entire job took approx 5 days but that included waiting for air cond co to mail parts to donuhue.

They arrive quickly and for emergencies. They have reasonable and competitive pricing. I was satisfied with their work and never had any complaints. I used them for 10 years. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as well.

Furnace went out on a very cold day just before Christmas due to a failed blower wheel. I called the 24-hour line at about 10 PM. Rep from Donahue's called first thing in the morning (about 8 AM). He had the part number info needed and told me the repairman would have the part and be at my home before lunch. At about 2 PM nobody had arrived, so I called to double check. I was assured that the call would be made that day. The repair tech finally arrived about 4:30. He was very professional and was able to quickly make the change and tested the furnace for operation. My only concerns were the punctuality particularly after I was told they would arrive before lunch. Secondly, they charge set fees for various services. I had basically taken the unit apart and knew what needed replaced. It was a quick change, but because of the set fee, I probably paid more than I would have with a time and materials rate. But, overall, Donahue's did a nice job and was able to get my furnace operational again right before Christmas.
