Bryan Reisz serviced my furnace today. He arrived during the scheduled time, was very knowledgeable and professional. I have been using this company for years and have always been satisfied with the quality of work.

The install was done quickly and the new system works great.

The work was completed in a very timely manner and with the highest degree of craftsmanship and customer care. There is a small leak somewhere in the underground plumbing of my geothermal heating system. I expected to receive a cost estimate in the several thousands of dollars, believing that excavation of the entire system underground would be required. Dave from Donahues suggested a simple and permanent solution for the cost of $480.00. The system is now working perfectly.

Price was competitive. Installation went smoothly and the system is running well.

Our technician Joe was wonderful. He methodically checked all of the systems and deduced that the blower motor had failed. Unlike other HVAC experiences I have had, where the technician tells you what you need only, Joe explained his line of reason, backed each step with evidence that he showed us and then, out of a process of elimination, came to the conclusion it was the blower. I was very pleased with his assessment.

I was able to get a same-day appointment and the technician, Bryan, was awesome. I am a bit of a pessimist and always dread the idea of being taken for a ride by any professional, be it a mechanic, contractor, or doctor; however, Bryan put those fears to rest. With a flat $65 service call fee, you would think the technician would be racing around to get out the door as fast as possible, but this was not the case. Bryan was very professional and he took his time to diagnose the problem with my AC unit. In addition, he explained the problem and my options in great detail and patiently answered my many questions. There were no high-pressure tactics or any attempt to upsell, just a very straightforward and honest approach, which I really appreciated. To resolve my problem a part needs to be ordered and a return visit will be necessary, so I reserve the right to change my opinion, but if the next step of my AC repair goes as well as today, I think Donahue's just gained a lifelong customer.

They are in and out all the time. They had to replace something. I am not sure if I have a service agreement, but they do service my equipment. They are very concerned about making sure everything is right. It depends on how long it takes them to do something but we are new owners and there have been a lot of issues. They are very responsive. They get parts in right away or they will go pick them up. You don't have to order them and then they come right back.

I'd give them an A overall, their price, probably an A, their quality, definitely an A, their responsiveness, an A, their punctuality, an A, their professionalism, an A, and yes, I would use them again.I would say they are very concerned about making sure everything's right. They've been in and out because we're new owners and there have been a lot of issues. They are very responsive, is all I can say. They get parts in right away or they'll go pick them up, don't have to order them, and they come right back. They've been very good.

This company gave me the quickest most professional response on setting up an appointment. Dave arrived and checked over the system thoroughly. It turns out there was nothing wrong with it. The problem was my lack of knowledge of how it worked. Dave explained the system to me without making me feel stupid for calling him in the first place. We will definitely call them again if we need work done on our heating/cooling system.

I've always said they were good. They put a generator in for me and they did a real good job.

I set up an appointment with this company and I was very pleased with the service. The gentlemen was on time and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I had turned on my AC just for test drive and it started to moan and bang. I hate calling companies for repairs because I'm so afraid of being ripped off. I called Donahue's and it turned out to be a part had burned out and the moaning I heard was because the AC was trying to start. Will call again if needed.

The technician arrived about 10 minutes early after a phone call that told us he was 15 minutes away from our house. The technician used plastic covers on his shoes whenever he was in the house. He was very friendly and completed the maintenance in the expected time frame. I actually paid nothing for this visit because the cost of a yearly service agreement includes annual check maintenance on my furnace and A/C systems. But I indicated above that the cost was 50% of the cost of the service agreement. The service agreement has other benefits in addition to the two annual maintenance activities.

The price was good. The service was excellent and they were prompt. I would recommend them over the companies I received quote from. They have good service.

Checked and washed out door units. Checked blower and motors. Flushed drains. We've been using Donahue's Inc. for many years. They installed one of our units some years ago.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! They installed motor blower in furnace The renters complained to us of a loud noise after the service was completed. A plumber that replaced a hot water heater at the time stated he thought something wasn't balanced. We called donahues back to check it. They told us there was nothing wrong and charged us an additional service charge of 66.00. The renters reported to us the noise stopped after the return service call. When I complained about the charge they stated that because we didn't purchase an additional warranty we would have to pay. It's completely unacceptable to pay for something that should have been done right the first time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I called this company early in the morning after the furnace quit during the night. The call was answered by their answering service. At 8:15am, the company called and said they would have a tech there as soon as possible. The service repairman arrived within 30 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He found and explained the problem. I was surprised that he found the problems and that the repairs went quickly. He tested the furnace 3x to make sure it was working properly. He recommended also that a different thermostat be purchased at a later time and gave me some suggestions on different models. All in all, I would probably recommend this company to anyone in need of service.

They made too many mistakes and cause the boiler problem and contacted them to come back and fix it and charged us again again again. I told them to contact the manufacturer who made the boiler and the owner of Donahue, Inc, he said no no, it will not do any good. We continued receving the problems and they charged us for repaired again again. The last one, I was fed up and called the manufacturer by myself. They referred me to the training certified person to take a look and notified that Donahue set up a lot wrong ways and cause it problem, he fixed everything. After that, we never had one problem. Don't trust Donahue Inc, Thanks.

Very quick and professional. They had a slight mix-up with the appointment but bent over backwards to correct their mistake. They did a great job and made sure I understood everything that they did and showed me the demo before they left.

We called several area companies for estimates on having a ductless air conditioning system installed in our home. Although Donohue's estimate was not the lowest we were impressed by their reviews on Angie's List and the level of knowledge and information we received from the gentlemen who came out to give us the estimate. We had to wait about a month until they could fit us into their schedule. We had one outside unit and three inside units installed. The work took two days but when they tried to start it up it was not working. We were told that several of the circuit boards were faulty and would have to be replaced. Since it was a holiday weekend we had to wait until the following Wednesday to have the repairs done. Donahue's was very apologetic about the problem and said it was very unusual. It was a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim unit. We have not had a problem in the month since but learned that my sister-in-laws families Mitsubishi unit failed after 3 weeks and had to have the mother board replaced. I was happy with the service provided, everyone was very professional. Hopefully we will not have any more problems.

They are very good. They are courteous and prompt. The prices are comfortable. We still had our home insurance for the year when we bought this house and we were reimbursed as a motor went out. I'm not sure about pricing.

They are pretty much experts in this area. We have a geothermal unit, and they are pretty much experts on that. I would not call anyone else to come out and service the furnace. They have very good service. Their service price is probably reasonable. Like I said, I would not call anyone. I have been pleased with their service. They are a little bit higher than the company we had but I am sure that is for this economy.

Work was done promptly. All seems to be running well. Can't ask for much more.

I was very pleased with this company. Ron, the salesman came out promptly and was on time. He explained everything to me and promised a quote within the day. He called me later that day and sent the quote. Of 3 companies I had quote me, Ron was the most honest and the lowest price. I had concerns about the AC coil needing replaced. Ron advised me that he would give me a price on the coil but it may not work with the older AC unit. He advised to wait until they installed the furnace to see what was wrong with it. Every other co. urged me to buy a new AC unit also. The installers showed up at 7:30, after a phone call to confirm and worked until 5pm. They had to take some bricks out of the outside to install the chimney liner. I could not even tell where they took the bricks out when they were done. Everything was very professional and the installers made sure they stayed until the job was completed instead of coming the next day.

Gave a competitive estimate. Scheduled the installation and performed the service as promised. Returned in the spring to make sure the AC was ready to go. I have been very satisfied with this company.

They came and did the job very promptly. They finished up and everything works well. It works much better than the old one.
