I had Kelly perform my home inspection about 10 years ago, and he did an excellent job. In preparation for a new purchase, I had asked several friends in the real estate community for referrals, and everyone included Kelly and Eagle Home Inspections. He performed the home inspection and was very competitive with the price; but extraordinary with the inspection. He was very thorough, and took the time to explain every issue and what was serious, and not so serious. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone purchasing a house in the area.

Alex got to the house early and was able to walk me through my first home inspection, pointing some things that I missed and even provided some friendly insight on ease of repairs needed and some ball park costs. It made the nerve racking thought of this inspection so much easier and I left the site with confidence in the major purchase I was considering. The inspection was thorough and Alex took the time to explain things, including items that weren't necessarily a problem now but are things to consider or watch out for in the long run. Excellent. Alex, the inspector, was early to get the outside inspected by the time I arrived. He went over what he found in detail with me on the outside and then explained everything he was doing when going over the interior. He was extremely thorough and gave recommendations for fixes, and what may be worthwhile and why.

The inspection went very well. The inspectors (1 for the home, 1 for the pest) were professional and thorough. They were both helpful and informative, fielding every question I had for them.
