Jon was very professional with excellent attention to detail. He explained what he was looking at and answered all questions as he went.

A thorough job. No one wants to heat bad news, but you rather have early than find problems later. All the information turned out to conform with what we were finding out about the house. All of the possible issues were reviewed and covered in an extensive report with pictures of the issues found. Its not a big house, so the inspection did not take all that long. The inspectors were upfront about what they could not evaluate (solar panels on the roof, certain plumbing and electrical issues).

Our inspector was very knowledgeable and gave us tips while looking over the house we were buying.

Kelly and David arrived early to get a head start to explain any issues they found on the outside of the house before entering inside. They were very thorough during the entire inspection while showing us any concerns about the condition/issues of the property. I received an excellent home inspection report from them in very little time and would recommend them for all services they offer.

The whole process was super easy -- from the simple scheduling process and paying online, to the inspection and report itself. The guys (Jon and I forget the other guy's name) were awesome! They were highly professional, very thorough, and so nice to talk to. We had the report within an hour of the inspection. Hopefully, we never have to go through the home-buying process again, but if we do, we will certainly call Eagle!

Jon and Dave were professional and friendly. They took the time to explain everything to me, a first-time homebuyer, and pointed out key things about the house I needed to know. They observed all COVID-related rules and did a very thorough inspection. I had them do a structural inspection as well as an inspection for pests and a radon tests. Everything was done quickly and I received thorough reports. I would use them again.

Kelly and David were very friendly and knowledgeable. They found many issues that I would not have noticed, explained exactly what the issues were, why the issues would need to be fixed, and let me know a recommended time-frame and level of urgency for the future repairs. The Inspection report the Eagle Inspection team wrote was extremely detailed, easy to understand and included clear pictures of the issues often from multiple angles. I was impressed with the Eagle team's process. One great example is the sewer line inspection. Not only did Kelly let me look through the camera video feed to let me see the issue while he explained it, he made a video with the explanation. This allowed me to re-watch it later and gave me the ability to provide the video to the plumber so they would have great information up front about what the issue was and could show up prepared to help fix it. Overall I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend Eagle Inspection to anyone who needs Home Inspection services.
