O'Neill Masonry & Keystone Chimney Restoration

Description of Work: Outside coal bin next to patio was filled in and cemented over to extend patio.

Description of Work: came for an estimate. was not into restoration, more into clean it all out and rebuild brand new. not good for a home that was built in 1907. also wanted way too much money for the needed repairs. seemed job and dollar hungry, not responsive to customer perspective.

Description of Work: Replaced 3 blocks of walkway that raised over the winter. They were punctual and did a good job. I have used Jim in the past and would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Laid brick around a window well where I've been having all kinds of problems with rain water getting into my basement. Jim O'Neill couldn't have been more accommodating to me if the job was much larger and 10 times more expensive--something he regularly is accustomed to be doing. He sent a very competent bricklayer, Mike who was incredibly meticulous and went above and beyond to make sure that I was totally satisfied with the finished product. Needless to say, Jim O'Neill, who kept in touch with me over the course of the day to see how things were going, will get more of my business needs in the future.

Description of Work: O'Neill Masonry helped us reconfigure and improve an existing courtyard and patio area. The owner Jim helped us redesign the area and was able to work with some of our existing materials as well as add new materials as needed. He was able to design and build us a brand new stone bar for the area with a granite top and built in refridgerator. Jim was great to work with and was willing to adapt to little changes we made along the way. I can't say enough about the quality people he has working for him. I have never experienced a more professional, capable and courteous crew. O'Neill Masonry was top notch-start to finish. I highly recommend them.
