They did a wonderful job. They were the best price, and they were also very clean, knowledgeable, punctual, and informative. I would absolutely recommend them to others. They are excellent.

It went well. The sales person was responsive when I trying to make my final decision The installer were very nice, personable, and professional. Only issue I had was with the door handle. I wanted a knob, but received a lever. It was actually on the estimate as a lever instead of a knob. Lesson learned -- read the quote in detail.

From the first phone call, these folks were a pleasure to work with. The estimate and installation dates promised were kept. The installer did a wonderful job and left nothing for me to clean up. The doors are beautiful and are clearly manufactured to tight specs.

Everything went well. The salesman showed us the various choices and we were happy with our selection. A date was chosen for installation & they were installed in one day. Clean & neat work.

We dealt with Dave Matus, one of the principals who works out of their Ardmore location. Visited our house to evaluate the job and came with order books so we could review our options. He was thorough, professional and punctual. We selected our doors and were given an approximate delivery/install date, which was met on the nose. Installation was beautifully expert. We are very happy with our choice in all aspects.

I requested information about options and a quote for a simple back storm door. The sales representative was professional and discussed many options with me in the store and came to my house on time to take measurements. The price quote I received was enormous, and based on other quotes I received directly from vendors who specialize in hardwood storm doors (i.e. not Lowe's or Home Depot), 2/3rds of the $3,000 total price for door, hardware and installation I was quoted by Matus was simply for installation. This is the 2nd time in 3 years I have requested a price quote from Matus Windows -- the last quote was ridiculously high too, and I did not use them then, either.

Their response was quick and efficient. We were satisfied with the outcome and our needs were taken care of.

I got the Argon gas windows, and I am extremely happy with them. And they were wonderful to work with.

Everything was perfect from the trip to the showroom to the home visit and installation. When the installers were finished you could not tell that they were ever there. The job was done promptly and professionally. I will definitely use this company again and refer them to my family and friends.

Pricing and quote went well. Installers were prompt and took great pains to keep things clean. They did over 20 windows in a single day and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. One serious complaint. They did not offer to spray insulating foam in the various wall space cavities left from the old windows. When I brought this up, they said it didn't really matter ( i disagree and so do others) and I that did not specify it. Typical lazy business man response of a let's blame the customer with lame double speak - why didn't they ask me if it was "optional?" One window was particularly tricky with issues in the unorthodox opening. The installer (one of five people working on this) did a pretty sloppy and unprofessional caulk and insulation job, but I have since trimmed this out covering his substandard work. Otherwise I had one window with a problem that they came out and fixed the next day. Two years and the windows are holding up well. If/when I need life time warranty work, will they be there? I'm guessing they will, but with far less enthusiasm and promptness as when I was a paying customer.

Matus Windows sells Marvin doors and windows. They were just excellent on a retail level and on an installation level. They do a good job. They send people to your house immediately. They do retail sales and then they do the contracting, too. They use their own people. That was one thing that we liked. The other thing was that they came and did the job impeccably. They cleaned everything up and do a great job taking care of your property and stuff. If I ever needed something again with windows and doors, I'd use them or recommend them. And that was two years ago.

I will always go to Matus first for windows and doors. They are great. It's that simple.

I used the Ardmore office. Dave came out to my house. He listened to my idea of replacing the windows with a bay window and a window seat. He measured and made suggestions. The window had to be ordered as a unit. The wait time was as predicted. The workmen came as predicted. It was a little messy taking out the out windows and walls.They moved the furniture out of the way. They used drop cloths aroung the work area. They cleaned up afterwards. It turned out better than I imagined. I smile every time I sit in the living room.

I stopped by the Matus showroom after reading many good reviews on them. I was looking to get my front and side entry doors replaced as well as new storm doors. I really liked the ProVia doors at the showroom and decided to go with both their entry(Signet) and storm(Spectrum) models. Joe came out to measure and the doors were ordered. They called to setup install when they arrived from the factory. I was having some concrete work done so I had to push the date back a couple of weeks. When the install day came the installers came on time and setup tarps to help with cleanup, I had zipwalls that I setup as an extra precaution. There were 2 installers and a helper that went back and forth between the 2 as they needed the help. Both doors and storm doors were installed in one day and turned out very nice. They had everything that that could need on the trucks with them when they arrived. I had the entry and storm doors as well as aluminum capping on the brick mould and door jamb installed as well as new interior moulding around the doors. They spray foamed the gaps around the doors and caulked the trim and aluminum. I had the doors factory finished so all I had to do was paint the interior trim. The installers were friendly and worked almost none stop from when they arrived. I will definitely be using Matus when I get my windows replaced.

The representative walked through my home and measured everything, giving me a "ball park figure" for each window so that I could estimate how many windows my budget would allow. He was knowledgeable and made suggestions. Matus Windows were very prompt in getting their estimate to us.

Representatives were all professional. Good quality, clean and complete work. When a latch on my new window appeared to malfunction the owner of the company came out after hours on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to make an adjustment.

A huge team arrived as promised, they finished all 18 windows in one day. There are some things that they promptly came back and corrected. Great job!

Matus was able to provide windows that not only keep with the historical integrity of my house but also provide energy saving features. Everyone from, from the showroom to the crew, was both helpful and professional. They got the installation done in 6 hours! I will definitely be a return customer.

His quote was $500 more than the other quote I received. However, they were very professional.

Was very pleased. This was the second time we used them. First time was on our original windows of our house, this time was replacing windows we had in an addition we added on. Picked out our windows in the showroom (we made appointment in advance). Sales person came out to measure at selected date. Estimate came in soon after and we accepted. Installation took place on date scheduled. Crew is very good about cleaning up afterwards. Had no need to call them to fix any items.

We worked with Mike to specify what we wanted. Mike is extremely personable and professional in presenting options and prices, and did a perfect job with the measurements. Because of an upcoming wedding party we had a tight time constraint for finishing the job, which Mike and the Matus schedulers made sure was accommodated. The enlargement of the one window opening made the project somewhat more complex than typical, and the end result was exactly what I had hoped for. The guys who did the installation were friendly and efficient and used plastic sheets to cover work areas.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!! Matus does quality work!!! No need to go into details. This is the only company I will use for windows and doors, hands down.
