They wouldn't be in biz this long with their great reputation if they did not perform and execute as you would expect.

This was a great experience. They were very professional, friendly, respectful of my home and disruptions to it, arrived on time, completed the job within the two days scheduled. I would highly recommend them.

By January 26, 2017, I noticed the door was allowing large amounts of water into the doorway, and called the the sales rep Mike Foell to request correction. He told me someone would call me to schedule a repair. No one called. On February 11 I emailed Mr. Foell, saying screws from storm door panels had fallen out, along with bracket holding panel. He replied saying someone would call me to schedule a repair. No one called. I am left with a leaking storm door with panels coming off, water in the doorway, and very poor installation and backup by this company.

Very unprofessional. Called for a window quote on a large home, about 4400sq.ft. Did not want to come measure windows. Would only quote over the phone $1000 per window. I have 23 windows. Some are 6sq.ft. some are 60sq.ft. How can they be the same price? I would stay far away.

We replaced three standard windows with a bow window. Installation was uneventful but the new window immediately started leaking when it rained. Matus came out to inspect, add additional caulk, then told me it was probably my roof or brick pointing. We got a NEW ROOF and NEW BRICK POINTING and the window STILL LEAKED. It was obvious the window was defective but they wouldn't replace it, instead they took the window out, did some kind of jury-rigging and put back the same defective window again, insisting that would take care of the problem. It didn't take care of the problem, and Alex Matus ignored further contact from me instead of being appalled and embarrassed that he sold us a defective product. Between the new windows, brickpointing and new roof we spent $7000.00. THOUSANDS of dollars and now mold is growing on the window sill. So disappointing that this company won't stand behind their products, acknowledge it was defective, and replace the window and sill once and for all.

Scheduled to remove existing double door and side lites with new Provia double door and side lights. Will update review when work complete

The job went great! I really like this company, I feel as if I'm dealing with a family member. I got another quote for price, and the prices were about even, so I went with this company because of the customer service. I decided to upgrade and get the blinds between the panes, I'm glad I did. The old door's profile was a little slimmer, and at first getting over the new threshold was awkward, but the workers were so nice and responsive, they modified the threshold right then and there! I'm pleased with the product and very pleased with the job. I would use this company again, and I would recommend this company to others. Nice, small family business, I can tell they care about the job they do.

They were just so wonderful and nice to deal with. They did a really good job installing the new sliding glass door.

Their installation crew was efficient, paid attention to detail, did excellent workmanship, and left the house clean and neat. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I had a wall in my den (converted garage; exposed brick interior and little insulation) with 2 large windows, and frequent leaks from rain through the window frames. Matus replaced the windows, including the carpentry work framing the window. They were always timely and courteous at appointments (measuring and installation). The 2 installers were incredibly professional and did an amazing job. It's been 3 years now and I have had absolutely no issues with them. I plan to go back to replace the two remaining windows in that room.

From beginning to end, a wonderful experience. My house is part of condominium development. This created a difficult situation-other companies I contacted would not come to my home or provide an estimate until I had obtained approval from the condo board for the replacements: the board, on the other hand, would not provide an approval without an estimate and specific information on the products to be used. Matus was the only company who didn't hesitate to come to my home, measure and provide a detailed written estimate on the products and their work. They simply asked me to let them know if and when I received approval and decided to move ahead with the work. I did so, the products were ordered and installation scheduled when they arrived from the factory. From Joe Buck, the salesman who came to measures windows early on a Saturday morning before he went to work, to the amazing installers, working over the course of two of the coldest days in a bitter winter, (*and^ who helped me piece together a failing HVAC pipe that collapsed while they happened to be there!) EVERYone was friendly, knowledgable, professional. The products themselves are beautiful, sturdy and easy to use (and clean). I'm so glad that I used this company and chose these products, and am so grateful to and for everyone at Matus! Awesome job, and thank you!

The job was competively priced. We were given good information on our replacement choices. The crew was on time. They worked well as a team, were very competent, and gave good attention to detail. They were extremely attentive to keeping a clean job site. There were no surprise extra charges. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

If you want a capable windows installer at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Matus Windows. I just bought a house in Blue Bell, where I needed to replace 13 original windows from the 1960's. Matus came recommended from my contractor who had worked with Matus on other projects. I went a bit overboard in getting free estimates. I called at least a dozen companies, including Renewal by Anderson, PJ Fitz, Pella, and other well known names. The estimates were all over the map from $7,000 to $27,000. The owner, Alex, came to my house, took measurements, and called me with the estimate the next day. He gave me a variety of window options (Most companies only sell one brand) and I was able to see the window in his showroom. He was the only guy who did not take up an hour of my time to oversell the quality of his windows (The Renewal guys require 2 hours and were the $27k quote). He was professional and answered all of my questions. The price was not the cheapest but very close to the cheapest. I ultimately went with Matus given their reviews on Angieslist and the referral from my contractor. I didn't mind paying slightly more ($500 in my case). The installers were amazing. We had a 3 week old baby at the time and my wife was home alone during the install. My wife told me she could hear the manager instructing his guys to be quiet for the baby, which she appreciated and shows you the quality of people they hire. They cleaned up every day and there was not one speck of dust or dirt anywhere. We didn't even need to repaint the window trim, as there was no damage to the walls. We are very happy that we chose Matus and I highly recommend their workmanship. I have another window project coming up and they will be the only company I call. It's refreshing to have zero complaints with a contractor. The experience I had with Matus is the experience you should have with every contractor.

They did a very good job and I haven't had any problem. They cleaned up very nicely; they were here on time and worked all day. They didn't mess around and we were very pleased with them. The pricing was slightly higher but not extraordinarily. They were fine when they're here and they were very professional.

It is a rehab house and they replaced every window. It was a huge job. They delivered as promised. The style of window was good, the service was good. The only problem I had with them was that I had to wait a bit to get scheduled but beyond that it was fine.

Do yourself a favor and put Matus at the top of your list. I did plenty of research into replacement windows in my condo. I received four different quotes from providers ranging from handymen to Home Depot and while their prices came in under the Matus price, I never felt quite comfortable in the professionalism of the "other guys." They either seemed unfamiliar with my type of windows (the two large windows are unusual and, since I live in a condo community, they specs about new windows are extremely strict) or were trying to upsell me using sales gimmicks. Alex Matus didn't play games and he was thoroughly familiar with my community and what needed to be done. He offered me a range of products and spoke knowledgeably about the strengths of each. The contract arrived shortly after our call. On the day of the installation, a two man team arrived promptly at 9 and were gone by the time I returned at 3. The windows were beautiful and there was no sign that a crew had ever been in my house. In fact, the place looked cleaner than when we left. Some may balk at the price, but I believe the meticulous attention to detail from the first phone call to the completion of the job was well worth it. If there was an A+ rating on Angie's List, these guys would get it.

They did 20 windows in vinyl, mostly double hung. 2 were sliders, 1 was a bay window, and 1 glass block. Prompt, diligent, great workmanship. Very competitive pricing. Would hire again.
