Description of Work: They installed 2 sliding glass doors (6 & 8 foot) and 2 bow windows. Alex measured before his estimate, then Keith did detailed measurements, and directed the installation with a crew of a half dozen experienced installers. Everything went well, including their laying plastic sheeting to prevent any dust getting in kitchen or living rooms. and they vaccumed after they were done. We notice that one window was scratched after they left. We called; they accepted our word with a hint of doubt or question, and brought another window in its place. All the guys were great. The manufacturer had a delay in one screen, for which Alex gave us a $100 discount, which i did not ask for. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: replaced entire house windows and woodwork.work performed 2-3 weeks later than promised.never received the 10 year guarantee for the work.

Description of Work: Ordered small bedroom windows with the stipulation that it absolutely must be able to accommodate an air conditioner. We went over the dimensions several times. They installed a window that had a one inch high horizontal lip running across the bottom of the window, severely restricting the choice of models of air conditioners I could choose from. Found a low profile unit that fit -just barely. I was not aware of the design of the window and suspect they did not know their product line.

Description of Work: Replaced 12 windows in my house with Northeast vinyl windows (local Philadelphia window manufacturer!). The salesman Mike was very courteous , honest, and thorough. My husband was home with my one year old son during installation. The installation guys were friendly, professional, and clean. I highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: They installed steel French storm doors on my double-width entry a couple of years earlier than the date of service shown above. I am still satisfied with the doors & have recommended the provider to three neighbors--two of which have recently had similar installed.

Description of Work: I contacted Matus twice and spoke to the same person, June. I explained my project (I wanted to have 6 windows replaced, and several doors replaced in my house). June was very curtious and said someone would be in touch to schedule a site visit to discuss my project. No one ever called me back. I can only assume my job is too small and not worth their time. It's a shame b/c they came recommended to me. They may not have had the time to call me back, but I'm making sure I take the time to write this review.

Description of Work: We called Matus twice and both times they promised to call us back to set up an appopintment to install a new storm door. We still have not heard from them.
