Humphreys Pest Control

Humphreys was very professional and helpful. They have been on time for their two appointments and have been extremely friendly and courteous. We haven't had any issues since they started their services.

I don't know what happened originally because they were supposed to come one morning and didn't show up. So I called them in the afternoon and they sent someone out within the hour. So they did come through 100% and did what they said they would. I would give them an excellent rating. I actually referred Humphrey's Pest Control to two of my neighbors.

The gentleman who came out to inspects our house was VERY professional and nice!! He said we don't have an infestation but just need maintenance spraying since our area has a lot of water bugs in the alley ways and they get in the basement. Hard to keep them out. I had the same man every month which was great because he knew my house and knew what needed to be done and what I did not want done since I had an infant at the time. Once he started treatment I could see them dead in the basement right away. I had a contract for a year and it worked to get them under control.

It went very well and was nicely priced for everything they did.

Humphreys Pest Control is fantastic. They are very pleasant, they showed up when they said they would, they showed up on time, and the guy was thorough. We called them back on a second problem and the guy showed up and didn't charge us. We are continuing to do business with them. They are going to come out every quarter to do pest control.

We had been using them for years for general bug/pest control without any issues. A couple months ago we found mouse dropping in our Kitchen and called them. They came out and put simple glue traps down, which caught nothing. They came back again and put more bait traps, and again it did nothing. After two to three months of this I called another Pest Control company. On their estimate, they went to the attic and found a ton of locations that the mouse was obviously living, and on examining the exterier of the house, they found the hold the mouse had entered from. No one from Humphrey's ever went up to the attic. I don't know Pest Control. . . that is why I pay for this. The new company figured this out in 5 minutes from walking in. I have signed up with the new company is coming, who are coming back next week to do a full treatment.

They are very responsive. I get regular service and termite inspection once a year. If I have a problem in between services they are responsive.

I had a loud noise in my attic as I had a squirrel in my attic. But these guy said they said there was mice track and they put down traps for the mice never caught one found out it was squirrels so they put in traps for the squirrels and it didn't work I ended up finding out that the traps they were using would not trap larger animals. So I ended up getting someone else and he was able to use something different and caught the squirrel. I was upset because i spent all that money for nothing. They were always here when they said they were going to be they were always very eager to come.Not all Humphreys are bad it depends on the location. As the area where I used to live they were excellent.

They are very professional and personable. They took care of the issue and great customer service. The pricing was very reasonable.

It was very good. He was prompt and courteous. We did not need to make a call back.

I’ve never had any problems, if I did they came out and fixed it right away.

They are the best. They come out every three months. The first time they came, they bombed underneath the house for spiders. They eradicated the problem and the spiders haven't come back. They are timely. They call me to remind me of my appointment. I will continue to use them in the future.

I just hired them yesterday to come out and take care of some groundhogs for me. So far so good. They came out when they said they would and the brought the traps out the next day and they have caught one. I only called them so I didn't price compare.

.They came out before but I don't think they followed through completely as by the garage door we were noticing traces of termites so they came back out and this time they were very thorough and we have not seen any traces of termites at all. We will keep using them.

They are nice and courteous. They are punctual. I will continue to use them in the future.

He came out the next day. I was concerned that I had ants or bees or some other pests. He looked at my windowsill and told me there was nothing to worry about. He was really prompt. The inspection was free. It was great.

I'm happy with them. It was a good experience overall. Their price and quality were pretty good.

I have been using them for 40 years and found out about them from a neighbor years ago. They are prompt and do everything they are supposed to do in accordance with professional standards. We very rarely have had any issues and I recommend them to friends and family. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

They are very thorough checking indoors and outdoors looking for ants and mice. They are very complete. Brian is the exterminator that services our home. If I have any questions, he answers them very quickly. They are dependable and results are great. If they can't get rid of them they will come back and spray again. They spend close to an hour going through the house, and crawling into tight spaces looking for any pests or bugs. I think their costs are fair. I will continue to use them again in the future.

The technician that I got is very informative and she is very helpful in giving advice. I like her. She has actually been on the job for over fifteen years. She is really good and she is the specific one that I keep asking for to return. The back office is okay but they aren’t as good as reminding me when the next visits are or if the visit that was on my calendar was cancelled or moved. The back office needs to have a better hand on their schedule and in calling me to tell me things when they are moved around. For the initial visit, it was like $300 and I forget what the followups were. Punctuality for the technician that shows up is good. I would use them again in the future.

They have a couple of offices and they are all over the place. We found them on Angie's List and they had great reviews. We didn't compare them to anybody else for price. They were here that day and they were fabulous.

The price was right and I thought they did an okay job. Terminix came out and wanted $2,000 for the same job. It is a family business and it easy to do business with them. I am completely satisfied with them and have an annual contract with them to check for termites. I will use them again in the future.

I've been using them for 5 years. I've never had a problem. They are always on-time and they are very professional.

They were very good, I would recommend them. We did find someone who gave us a lower estimate.
