Humphreys Pest Control

Initial I spent to on by Paul. Very down to earth nice guy no high pressure sales. Called 811 and informed the proper utilities of work being done. He Accepted Angie list 10 percent coupon. Office called scheduled treatment. Talk to Mike he was nice. The called day before treatment. They arrived on time worked a couple hours were friendly. After they left noticed a couple of the drill spot were missed on the main steps had to patch them but all and all it was a good experience.

It went pretty good. I have not noticed anything since they have left. He was on time, he was professional.

I probable had them for 40 years. They just came punctual and they're very good. I've had the same two men for years and they're like a family to me. The price is reasonable and the people are friendly.

They advised us to wait until we returned to the bedrooms for the treatment to disperse and take effect. I called them today and asked how much longer we needed to wait. They told me that we could return to our rooms now, and even "jump on the beds" if we wanted to. Upon returning to our bedrooms, we still have live bedbugs on top of even the mattresses that were treated. Now they tell me that the soonest we could have it looked at was in two weeks from now.

Excellent my inspector came out the very next day on MY schedule to inspect for bed bugs...he could have feed off my fear of bed bugs from a past experience and sold me the package, but he was honest and said I didn't have any. I did by the monthly maintenance package for roaches, ants etc etc..

The first time we concentrated on getting the mice out of the kitchen. That was immediately successful. Then they showed up in another part of the house. As promised, the exterminator came right back and did a more thorough job. Both times the individuals were professional and a pleasure to work with. I paid for just 3-month coverage, so I hope this does the job.

We have an annual contract with Humphrey's Pest Control. They send one of their technicians out to our house on a quarterly basis. Since they've been coming, we've had very few problems with pests. Our next door neighbor (we're in a row house) has an ongoing issue with mice and roaches, and we have not. In between service quarters, if we experienced any issue, they were quick to send someone over to address the problem the next day. I couldn't be happier with our choice to use Humphrey's to keep all the city critters out of our house!

I was very impressed all around with Humphrey's. I placed a request for contact on their website and heard back from them within an hour. The company sent out Vince the same day (actually 2.5 hours later), who arrived promptly and was professional and courteous. He gave me great advice about preventing fruit flies and cockroaches, and checked inside and out for places that ants could enter. I have a 60 day guarantee on service, and they encouraged me to call with questions.

When I called they told me they would send Mike to come out to evaluate so Mike from Humphreys Pest Control called me to set up an appointment. He was good, told me about the different plans available, and pointed out areas that I have to do some work including a hole in a screen where they put a line in for a cable. I haven't received a call from the tenant since Humphreys Pest Control has been out there. They were able to immediately take care of an account issue. I'll probably have them to come back for another service.

Excellent service from beginning to end.

The service they provided was timely. I had one contractor that really did an excellent job. He had no problem going into hard to reach places and really explaining the process of everything he was doing. The other contractors that came out were good but he was more thorough.

I was happy because they treated the whole house, not just the back and the side. I was happy because they treated the side of the house that attached to my neighbor. They did a wonderful job.

After the treatment, there were no further reports of ants at my property. They also gave a 60 day warranty on the treatment they performed. I would highly recommend them.

The inspector told me that the problem was a type of ant. He told me what I could do, not needing their services. I appreciate the honesty and would certainly call them again if the need arose.

Humphrey's Pest Control was good. They called every month prior to coming up. They came out the same time every month. The person they sent out had a wonderful demeanor.

We have a CONSTANT ant problem and soon as it gets warm out. Last week with the temperatures rising we notices the little annoyances starting to come back again. We called and they came out the next day. The tech sprayed every wall and counter-top. He also left behind some ant "traps" for us to scatter around. Highly recommend.

They came out again after the initial visit, as I thought I saw some movement. The guy that came out the second time was just as good as the first person sent. They were a bit pricey but very thorough. I will definitely have them again.

I have been pretty pleased so far. I signed a year contract with them, so they will be coming out monthly to continue spraying our home. They also offered me an Angie's List Discount, which I appreciate.

He was really on top of things and did a great job.
