Jesse was very knowledgeable and had good advice on what plants would work for us. He gave us great suggestions. The weather delayed him a bit but once he got started he completed in about two hours. When we made the initial call, he called us back promptly. He was very personable and he was a lot of fun to work with. I would recommend his services to others.

They had the job done within a week of calling them. They really were very very good. I have just emailed them to work on one of my rentals.

This job went very smoothly. Jessie Zito and his crew, John and Brad were extremely precise and hard working. They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. All were very polite and included us in the entire process asking questions as to our preferences with each step. I am very pleased with the results. I would not only recommend this company to others, but I also would use this service again.

I called on July 1st at 9:19 PM. Being the week of 4th of July I expected a delay in a call back. With all the great reviews about how prompt they are in returning calls and making appointments I was hoping for a call within a week, thinking maybe vacation that week. Well here I am over a month later and not one return call. Very dissapointed in general.

Zito's lawn maintenance foreman, Rob, was extremely punctual about returning phone calls and on time for both the estimate and the work. The initial mowing took a crew of 3 a bit over two hours, so the price was reasonable ($50 per man-hour with equipment). The quality of the mowing around the house was exceptional. Rob was apologetic about the results in the fields, but given that the grass was more than 20 inches tall, I didn't expect golf course results on the first pass. Since I'll be a novice tractor owner in June, I'm glad to let the pros get things under control before venturing out on my own. The cut around the house was good enough that I might leave the detail work to Zito's even after my tractor shows up.

They arrived on time and the work was completed quickly and professionally.

He does an excellent job. He is dependable when he comes out. He really loves his work, always nice when he comes out. Overall, he is a pleasure to do business with. He will always be my landscaper. I can not say enough nice things about him.

He has worked for us for several years, and we've always been extremely satisfied. He and the team are professional in their work and interactions with us. He is meticulous, and the quality of their work is outstanding. The yard looks great when they finish, and they always clean up everything. I highly recommend the company.

Overall the experience was unsatisfactory. We needed snow removal because I'm handicapped and my boyfriend now lives in WV during the week. We called Zitos because they were listed in our area and had a good rating. We called 2 times before they acknowledged us . Finally one man came and looked at the driveway, said he would let us know the cost in an e-mail or call. We waited for the estimate but never heard back from them. We called them back and left 2 more messages...but still no return call. I feel either way sombody should have the courtesy to call back. They are very unprofessional for not doing so.

Wonderful job, lawn cutting , leaf removal our lawn is spotless and never looked better. We are thrilled and look forward to working with Jesse and his crew for all of our future lawn care needs.

I could not have been happier with the work that Jesse and his team did. I?m not very creative so I gave Jesse full control over the design of the new landscaping and the selection of which plants and decorative rocks to use. In the end, everything looked fantastic and I was very pleased with his designs and all of the work that was done. Jesse was great. He was very professional, he showed up precisely when he said he would and the work was done in only one day, just like he said it would be. In order to get it done in the one day though, they ended up staying until after 7:00 PM. I thought for sure that they would need to leave and come back but the did not? they stayed until the work was done and everything was done perfectly. Jesse?s team was also great. Like him, they were very had workers and you could see that they all took a lot of pride in the work that they did. One of them even called me prior to starting the lattice work due to the fact that they ran into a small problem with how my deck was designed. Instead of just throwing something into place, he was considerate enough to call and check with me first. Yet another example of how they all took pride in what they did and they weren?t satisfied with just making something good enough to get by. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team and I will definitely use their services again next year.

I found Zito's on Angie's list. Called the company and set up a visit (so they could see what I wanted done) for a Saturday morning. We had the estimate by the next day (Sunday). The work got scheduled and completed. I was hoping to have it all completed within three weeks. My general complaint about contractors, landscapers, etc. is that their schedules seem to be very day-to-day. While I prefer knowing the exact date of service in 1-2 weeks in advance, I understand they cannot always do that. The work was completed in just over 3+ weeks, which was OK (sooner is always better). Zito's was responsive to my emails and phone calls if/when I did ask about the schedule. Overall, a very positive experience and I strongly recommend Zito's Landscaping And Lawn Maintenance.

I called Jesse to schedule an appointment. He responded extremely promptly. We were able to find a mutually agreeable time in the near future for Jesse to come to my residence to walk the yard and discuss the work that I wished to be performed. When the appointed time approached, I received a call from Jesse to let me know that he was running late. I realize things come up and appreciated that he called to let me know. When Jesse arrived, he and I spent a fair amount of time walking the yard (in the rain). He had some ideas for things that could be done to deal with some problem areas in the yard but he wasn't pushy in terms of trying to expand the scope of the current work that I wished to be performed. I received a very prompt email estimate for the work. As is always the case, the price was initially a bit of a shock but when I stopped to think about how much time I would spend to do the work and how much money I would spend on the materials, I realized that his price was quite reasonable. He warned me that, given the time of the year and with his backlog, there would be some delay to the work being performed. I told Jesse that I wanted him to proceed both with the routine maintenance and with the one time landscaping. There was a small delay with the commencement of the routine maintenance (I had to mow the lawn one extra time) and the landscaping was performed more quickly than I would have anticipated from the expectations that Jesse set. The quality of the work was high. In addition to the landscaping, they have performed the routine maintenance twice, both times on the scheduled day. It's still early in the year but if they continue providing the current level of service I will certainly be looking forward to a longer term engagement with them.

He's excellent, absolutely excellent. They guys that are working for him are the most courteous people I have ever met. I can't say enough good about them.

Jesse and his team, Chuck and John, work together like a cross between a family and a well-oiled machine. Every time I left the house to run an errand, I returned amazed to see how much they had accomplished. They were great about asking my opinion and encouraging my input on design ideas, but they also did beautiful work when I gave them creative license, such as the placement of transplants and the shapes of the beds. My rock garden looks beautiful--clean, tidy, and dog-proof. Jesse's suggestions were excellent. We changed and expanded the project a bit after they arrived to start work, and agreed that Jesse would adjust the to include the extra labor and materials. When the work was finished, the price adjustment was very reasonable. Before Jesse came, I was embarrassed at the state of my yard. Now I couldn't be more proud to drive up to my beautiful home! Jesse, Chuck, and John were friendly, polite, professional, and clean. I heartily recommend them without reservation!

They did a beautiful job and they were very accomodating! I needed to have it done before Thanksgiving, and they were able to come out the night before and get it all done!

He is a young, dependable, detailed landscaper and I love him! He arrives is a clean truck and provides a tidy and impressive service. He is the Picasso of landscapers and his pleasant personality seems to feed his excellent skill.

All went as planned...no surprises! If only all home and yard projects went as smoothly!
