Description of Work: Work in attic overall was good, service was very good. Prework was excellent Work on outside deck was terrible. Included was a wind screen, out of wood and plexiglass. Holes in plexiglass were drilled using wood bits. The wood bits shatter and splintered the plexiglass. After 3 calls and 2 emails, I never got anyone to come out and see the damaged plexiglass and it was never inspected let alone repaired. Would never use them again!

Description of Work: Schaffner Maintenance did some remodeling in our bathroom. They installed outlets in two bathrooms, replaced medicine cabinets and light fixtures, did some caulking, fixed some tile and rehung some towel racks. They also installed a new exhaust fan and light in the ceiling and hung a light fixture in our dining room. In the past they have also helped clear snow for me and took a look at some gutters after a big snow.

 + 2 moreI called Schaffner Maintenance and 2 days later they arrived at the promised time to look at the work and provide an estimate. The estimate was emailed to me a few days later along with a contract to sign. I called to schedule the work, and they were able to come that day. All work was perforned as expected; Pete was professional and friendly and showed me how I could replace the electrical outlet in the future. (which I won't do!!!!) The bathtub caulking and electrical work were completed in a little over 1 hour, and Pete cleaned up before he left. The price of $150 was in line with other handyman estimates.
Description of Work: Remove old caulking from bathtub and replace. Replace an outside electrical outlet.
