David is always prompt and is very hard working. When I hired him I had about 7 or 8 things in mind to be repaired, but he worked so efficiently that there was time to work on about 10 or 12 extra projects as well. Everything about David is very professional. I would gladly use him again and I recommend him to anyone needing a handyman who can fix just about anything.

I am completely satisfied with David's work and professional, honest advice. David will be coming back to do some more work for me.

Work went very well. David was very diligent in making sure he was correct before moving forward, but not in a wasteful way. He was also very friendly and did not allow for socializing to interrupt the work needing to be done (important since the deal I bought was time based).

David was an absolute Godsend. He took care of many little jobs that needed to be done for a long time. He went above and my expectations.. I plan to have him back to take care of things for future sale of our house. There doesn't seem to be anything he can't do. I was extremely pleased by all his work and plan to have him return for future work.

David Adair, Owner and Handyman, was excellent. Would hire him back in a minute. He definitely knew his stuff.

We entered into a GROUPON agreement in June of 2016; he said he was busy but set up a guaranteed date of Sept 9 for the deal. Three days ahead of that date he sent an EMAIL saying he is CANCELLING the appointment and that I need to apply for a refund. I find this to be highly unprofessional, and now had 3 months of waiting when I could have secured another person to do this work.

David was timely and helpful. He offered good suggestions to fix other items on our list. We would definitely have him back!

David is amazing - he arrived on time and worked through our list quickly and efficiently. As someone who worked with a contractor throughout college, I was impressed at how on-task & knowledgable David was throughout our 6 hours with him. He found several code violations that he fixed along the way. We are having him back to finish out our punch list (it was LONG and we never expected he would get through all of it in 6 hours!). His number is in my phone, and he has become my go-to handyguy. Hire him.

I recently hired David for fencing and balcony/deck repairs and drywall repairs and will be working with him in the future for additional repairs/renovations. Davis is a true professional and meticulous in his workmanship. He was punctual, courteous, and always responded to my communications with him. He is knowledgeable and willing to offer suggestions and alternatives in connection with additional projects I have. I recommend David without hesitation.

David came out to give me an estimate and was back to repair my sidewalk in just a week. He did a great job. Not only did he repair the part that was crumbling, he took it upon himself to repair other areas of the sidewalk that he felt needed attention before they started to crumble as well. After he was done, he cleaned up the area and explained to me what he did and why. I have saved his contact information in my phone and will be calling him for any repairs in the future.

David worked very quickly and came back a second time for the same reduced special rate bringing an assistant with him. He went down my list, got them done, and then I showed him other projects and he gave great advice.

Fantastic! We had a wonderful experience with David. He scheduled us on a Saturday as he's very busy, and arrived 5 minutes early. He confirmed our appointment 1 week prior and again the night before, reviewing the list of projects we had to ensure he had the correct equipment with him. David is extremely professional, cheerful and knowledgeable. He was committed to making sure our projects were completed, and even stayed late to finish up without an extra charge because he wanted to make sure the job was done entirely. He also brought his tools and was very courteous in his set up and clean up. We will undoubtedly be using David in the future for more projects!

Started out a little confused but it all turned out fine.

Caulked my shower . Dave was very professional and did an excellent job. He also cleaned some very hard water stains in my shower. I did not know I needed the materials & Dave was nice enough to run to Home Depot and get the materials for me. He spent about 2 solid hours doing the work.

Dave responded to my call immediately and came the next day to assess the job. He was very punctual. He assessed the job and presented a bid. He was upfront about the cost of the material and labor. He was ready to do the job but the weather was not cooperative. He made arrangements to come in two days and showed up early and ready to do the work. David set to work immediately and worked without stop. After he was finished, he reviewed the work with me. The price was that which was stated. David was professional and personable. He was easy to work with and very reliable. I plan to use his services again.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with David's Improvements. Dave was very prompt giving us an estimate. Within three days the job was completed. The price was right, the communications and work were excellent. We would recommend him to anyone.

Dave was at my home when he said he'd be there. He was never late, not once. The whole time he was on the job he worked like a madman. I felt bad for his helper, trying to keep up with him. Even though he's fast he's also really precise. He quoted me exactly what the job would take in materials and he was almost exactly right. The staircase Dave built for us is amazing. It's top quality carpentry and to this day it doesn't creek. He was extremely reasonably priced for the work that he did and because of him we were able to make repairs we might not have been able to afford. The next time I need work done, I know who I'm going to call.

Work was completed in a reasonable time frame. David was punctual and professional which was appreciated. David was also mindful of my pets as he would ensure the cats and dogs were not near him when entering and exiting the household. Work was performed and area was cleaned by David before exiting the work area.

I own a commercial building that was hit buy a truck that caused some serious damage and a safety issue for kids that use our building as a school bus stop. I called Dave, He had an estimate for me the next day. While he was there for the estimate he cleaned up the area and made it safe. I gave him the ok he started the very next day. couple days later it looked like nothing ever happened. They handled every thing with no hassle, local permit, scaffolding, masonry repair and reconstruction, saufit and fascia repair, commercial door installation with panic hardware,and they even matched the lock hardware to the rest of the building. The invoice was easy to under stand and complete. I mailed the invoice to the drivers insurance company, No questions we were paid in i couple weeks.
