They were fine. I like them very much. I have used them for years. They are very efficient.

They have provided services for me for years. They come out twice a year, once for each separate unit.

It was fine. They did a good job.

They inspected around 45 minutes. Visually they saw a minor leakage on the top of my furnace due to the rigid duct work. I am planning to use them for furnace tune up in the future. They were neatly attired and very professional.

The tech was on time and worked very, very fast. I have had furnaces cleaned multiple times in the passed and it has never been that speedy, I'm not sure he really took the time to thoroughly clean the machine. After services were performed he tried to get me, of course, to buy more services, saying the fans needed to be washed, etc. In the past, my techs have always included everything that had to do with any type of maintenance in their work. I would not use them again, because I don't feel the work was up to my personal standards.

ARS was recommended to us by a friend of a friend who had done a radiant floor heat project with them in the past. ARS also has excellent reviews on Angies List, so I called to schedule an estimate. I was lucky enough to have someone come out within 24 hours to take a look at our project. We have a 90 year-old house and are planning a kitchen renovation, but weren't sure if radiant heat was the right option for us. Victor K. was punctual, professional, and experienced. He spent a lot of time listening to what we needed and looking carefully at our complicated flooring and structural situation. Ultimately, we determined that radiant heat was not the right heating option for us for a variety of reasons (not because of price), so no work was performed. Based on my interaction with him, this appears to be a quality company and I would recommend them to others.

It went fine. They should have charged more, but they didn't. I was sure that I had discussed this when the initial appointment was made, but he was on my side in case of any miscommunication. He was being a good customer based response. In that regard it is very favorable. The actual cleaning and advice was excellent. The timing when he got there and got it done was favorable. The next morning when the unit started up there was a rattle that occurred as if a screw had dropped down into the blower. So I called and let them know to get some advice. We asked for the same guy since he would know the placement of the screws that he worked on. Their response was, if he came out and found nothing wrong or nothing causing problems then there is a charge. After the initial rattle nothing had occurred so I was not sure if they would find anything. I decided to call them back if it stopped working.

They came out within a week. There were extra charges for a new filter. He seemed to go further than he had to go. He found out that the humidifier was not hooked up and he did it for me. He afterwards went through some he took the time to go over things on the furnace to make it better for me.

It went very well. The tech who came out did a good job.

Said he couldn't do it-was too complicated for him, not the traditional furnace.

Very prompt scheduling ,friendly, and thorough .

I bought $69 Furnace Tune Up. Gave appointment for 1 month later date. Waited 1 month. A day before appointment, they called and informed to rescheduling to 10 days later. Don't think they will treat same, if we call for service without deal discount. So more pain for little savings. Will update review, if they do good job!

There were a few scheduling issue with the provider. I had to get a refund due to these issues.

When we moved in there was no air. We had them install the heat pump and ac unit. There was no ducts in the house so they had to put ducts in. They did a good job. It took about 4 days to install the complete system. They cleaned up after they cut holes in the walls and floors. They was efficient and product is good. THey was better on the pricing than others we had checked out.

ARS performed the work on time and I would rate them with an A. The man was pleasant, punctual, and explained to me what he was doing. Also as I have 2 large dogs I requested that he call when he got to my house so I could manage the dogs and he did so.

Overall good. The only potential negative was that the service man said the capacitor was too weak and had to be replaced. The price seems too steep to me. Had I done it again, I'd probably ask for a 2nd opinion before I had it replaced.

They are a good company and they did a good job for me. They found what he problem was but it was somebody else’s responsibility to fix it. If ARS had not been honest I could have ended up with a job that would have cost me thousands of dollars. It was a problem for the city with my meter and they took care of it. They are good people and honest. They got the job done in about 30 minutes.

It went well. They were on time and responsive.

It has been great. They do a wonderful job and we count on them. They come every year to check the system, keep it up to date, and inform us. We have been customers with them for at least 2 years now. The technicians have been great. The scheduling is very good and they are on top of things. If anything goes wrong we always call them.

It took 3 weeks to get the appointment made. They did a very good job. The office people over the phone could not have been more pleasant to work with. They also called me when the technician was on the way. The technician was very knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and did excellent work. He got the job done in about 40-50 minutes. I will definitely call them again when I need to get my air conditioner checked in the spring. If you live in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh you need to contact them.

He was very professional and friendly as he took time to explain to me each step of exactly what he was doing to ensure that my furnace functioned properly and safely. He advised me on my care of my furnace, making sure that I could grab hold of the filter to pull it out. He wrote down the size of filter that I need to buy that would also protrude enough from the furnace that I could pull it out. He patiently listened to me, answering all my questions.

It was great. They got the job done in a about 30-45 minutes. The technician was very friendly, efficient, and very informative. He answered all my questions and was very helpful and nice. The scheduling was as expected.

The technician looked at everything but did not clean the burners. He said they were too hard to get to.

Project Manager arrived on time and we discussed needs for my recently purchased 60 yr old home that never had air conditioning. We came to an agreement on what was to be done and the price. Workers arrived when expected with all the needed equipment and tools. The insulation truck was not guaranteed for same day but he managed to make it mid afternoon much to everyone's delight. Two men plus a third with the insulation completed the job in one day. They all worked well together, and showed me how things worked and showed me into the attic at insulation and fan location. Workers asked if everything was ok and everything was neat and clean when they left. They were courteous, asked questions, explained functions to me and were appropriately dressed. Overall air quality in my home is much better regardless of heat or cooling. Thanks guys!
