Hired Dorin and his crew to repoint both of our chimneys. They arrived when expected, did some amazing work, were done surprisingly fast, and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to others and plan to call them for other mason work in the future.

It went well. They did a good job, delivered when they said they would, and were even able to find a match to our current bricks.

Dorin and his crew replaced 7 lintels and repointed some areas of my building where the mortar was deficient. The job took 4 days and they completed everything that we had discussed in a professional and efficient manner. Dorin even noticed that my exterior drain was clogged and at his own expense and time rented a snake and cleaned out the drain!! I was very happy with their work and would hire them again.

We agreed to contract and he added me to schedule. He called me 3 days before to go over work details. Work was great with no issues. They completed job in one day and cleaned up. 3 Rivers Brick Pointing and Cleaning crew that worked on my home consisted of Doran (the owner), Jim and Puch. Jim really out did himself. Great crew and great company, they were clean, fast and efficient. The Crew was extremely attentive and polite to me. They offered to share their lunch and didn’t leave any trash laying around or hiding in the bushes. Any request I had was immediately complied with. I would call again for any future pointing. Doran would correct anything that he felt uncomfortable with and would have it redone if necessary. This is an older home and it did challenge them at times. Doran actually adjusted the bid after they started the work. This shows a lot of integrity and is a very unusual experience to have with a contractor especially when they do extra work. I appreciated the timeliness of the owner’s communication. Doran’s response time was great, as well as the straight forward discussions we would have about the work needed to be done. Doran explained how the work would be done and the materials to be used. The house needed spot pointing on one side of the house and full pointing on the front of the house, bricks replaced, 4 lentils replaced and chimney pointed. Doran’s crew was very neat, professional and I felt very safe with having them on my property.

Left a message for Dorin and he called back immediately. We made arrangements for him to come out over the weekend and provide and estimate which he did. Dorin's price seemed fair to me and I wanted to get the chimney repaired before the weather became bad so I hired 3 Rivers Brick Pointing & Cleaning. They came out and did the work on a Sunday and I was not home and Dorin sent me pictures when the work was completed. Based on the pictures it looks to be completed as agreed upon and I would definitely use Dorin's services again.

The work went great with no issues. In fact he is now in the process of working additional repairs that I have hired him for.

They gave me an estimate the day I called, and said they’d fit me in between other jobs when they had a chance. They called a week later, and were on the job the next day. The work was done quickly, and they cleaned up completely. When I checked the pointing, it was complete and neatly done, with the chimney crowns properly finished at a slope.

Dorin and his team were fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and talented, the quality of work was excellent. I called him on a Saturday afternoon, and he was there within 24 hours to give me an estimate. Dorn's bid was below the estimates of other companies. Not only did he complete the work I requested, but he also found other spots that needed work that were not in the original quote and completed those spots as well, at no extra charge. Dorin called back the same day and came to look at our house the day after. He begin the work the following week! They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards! I had heard horror stories about other pointing companies leaving a huge mess but I can say 3 Rivers did a great job and were very considerate. I would highly recommend them!
