very professional and kept each working area clean after the work was finished. the ducts were cleaned and the drier vent was also done with great precision .I would definitely hire again in the future .

Greg was great. He arrived right on schedule, and was completed sooner than promised. He also pointed out a duct where there was a gap and was able to repair that for me as well. Definitely a great value for the money. He cleaned all the ducts plus the dryer vent for one low price.

Greg was prompt, personable ,conducted himself in a professional manner, knew exactly what had to be done and did a great job. He cleaned up after he was all done. I will definately have him back when my ducts are due for cleaning again.

I was very happy with the service that Greg S. (owner/operator) provided. He was right on time and took the time to thoroughly assure all the vents were cleaned as advertised. He was very open to questions and clearly described what he was doing and why. I felt I received very good service for the price. Greg was also very careful with moving furniture and not scratching the hard wood floors. He also vacuumed any debris left behind. Overall, I was very satisfied with Greg's professionalism and service. I will surely use his company again in the future and will recommend to friends.

Greg was personable, did a thorough cleaning job of the ducts and was careful to clean up when he was finished with the ducts. All duct cleaning holes were sealed and the heater coils were also cleaned, as well as the clothes dryer vent. Work was done efficiently and professionally.

I was very pleased with The Duct Pros, LLC. They were on time, professional and very effective. My dryer vent is now cleaned out and my dryer dries clothes much faster. The technician had to work hard to find the clog but he did! I highly recommend The Duct Pros!!

The entire process was clean, and easy. Greg is a great person to work with and was even helpful in making suggestions on someone for a different area i need help with. I would recommend The Duct Pros to a friend and i will use them again in the future.

Provided very quick call back to set up services. We had to reschedule once, due to rain--but they were very accommodating of setting a time that was convenient for us. The job was completed as agreed upon and I was amazed at how clean my house was afterward! We can notice a difference in the air in our home already. I would definitely recommend this Pro to my friends and neighbors.

Greg was very responsive and was actually a little early for the appointment. He did a nice job but left a little bit of debris (dryer vent pieces and dryer vent lint) behind. Hence the 4.5 instead of a 5.0 rating.

It's true what the other reviewers said, very personable and explained everything he was going to do before doing anything else. Was onsite for about three hours and we are very happy with the work performed.

I cannot say enough good things about Greg. He is a hard-working, honest guy who runs a great business. He is a contractor who truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure the job is done to 110% satisfaction. Couple that with good pricing, and it's easy to see why he has a successful business. He was early for the appointment, was kind to my family and was very thorough in his efforts. A 5 rating doesn't do it justice...an all around great experience.

Quality service, GREAT job, very CLEAN and most of all very PERSONABLE...........

They responded to my initial on-line request immediately.. They gave me an estimate over the phone, and then stuck with that. The price was good I think. The were on time and did the job in the time suggested. They did have to reschedule once. They called me the day before and rescheduled for one week later. This was no imposition to me.

On time, explained the procedure well, and respectful. After the ducts were cleaned there was a noticeable difference in the air quality in the house; almost as if the air was lighter.

The Duct Pros arrived at the correct time, did a excellent job and answered my questions to my satifaction. I would you them again.
