Greg arrived on time. Was very personable and friendly. He worked hard for 2.5 hours cleaning all our ducts and our disgusting return and everything looks like new, and our smells fresher. I highly recommend Duct Pros!

I would give MORE stars if I could. Service was excellent. Greg arrived at the appointment time, was clear about what he would do and how he would do it. He was very clean in his work. He removed all duct covers, then began the cleaning. I had some issues with the antibacterial disinfectant (allergies) he would be using. He advised I could research it and let him know. He even allowed me to smell the disinfectant. We did use it and the smell was very mild and dissipated in about a half hour. After cleaning the duct work, he returned all the duct cover and cleaned up his work area. He worked by himself and had the job done in under 3 hours. And the price was fantastic, coming in at over $150.00 and $300.00 less than 2 other bids. If you're looking for duct cleaning for your HVAC system or dryer (he did that, too!), The Duct Pros are where you want to go! Thank you Duct Pros!

We were in desperate need to have ducts clean in a commercial retail store environment that Iâ m currently renting. Duck Pros came out quickly to evaluate what needed to be done and arranged a quick turnaround to complete the job for us. They did a great job and i couldnâ t be more pleased.

Excellent customer service, demonstrated a willingness to accommodate scheduling changes. I secured 3 quotes, Duct Pros. was by far the most sensibly priced. He included dryer duct and sanitization as part of the service, these were not included in the price of the other places. He also checked the filter WITHOUT trying to upcharge to replace it. The only reason the other companies offered to inspect the filter was to sell you one, at a highly inflated price whether it needed it or not. The actual work was excellent, the ducts couldn't have been any cleaner. He was very professional and respectful of my home and property. Anything that had to be moved was returned to exactly where it had been. With inflation so high, many places are taking advantage of this to price gouge consumers and blame it on inflation. If you need your ducts clean, want it done right, and in a professional and timely manner without getting gouged and up-charged, use this guy. I can't recommend duct pros enough. Thanks!
