Picked Greg from Home Advisor since I am moving to new home in new area; don't know anyone yet. Greg was prompt, confirmed our appointment the day before with a phone call (loved that), cleaned 22 ducts plus the dryer vent. Friendly, efficient service. Is comforting to know the vents/ducts are clean and that workers like Greg are doing business in my area.

Greg was great to work with. Squeezed me in on top of his already full schedule, as I wanted to get this done before moving into a newly purchased home. Great customer service from Greg and his employee. Very nice experience, and have been recommending him to my family and friends already. He called a day ahead and verified appointment info. Very professional, walked through the house and explained what was going to take place before starting work, kept me updated as worked progressed, and explained to me the outcome of the cleaning. Greg and his team worked, there was not a moment they were lolly-gagging around.

The Duct Pros are just that! Gregg accommodated my request for coming out on the weekend (due to my work schedule), and my plans for a new HVAC system to be installed. Gregg actually showed a little earlier than planned (even though he was working an earlier appointment). Gregg was very professional & detailed with his work, and explained exactly what he was doing. I would definitely use Duct pros again in the future, and would surely recommend Gregg to family & friends!

Gregg is a true champion of contractors, not only did he do a fantastic job he provided additional assistance on a separate problem I was experiencing, and consultation on an issue that a different local contractor created at my house. Wish they built more like this guy.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and really hard workers. Greg is really nice. Came in on Sunday (holiday weekend) and cleaned our vents and dryer ducts. Explained everything to us and even helped with suggestions on how to improve our dryer duct arrangement. A great business with a hard work ethic.

Greg was great! He gave me estimate over the phone based on type of unit and # of vents and returns. He cleaned up along the way. He arrived early and was very courteous. He was very professional and treated our home like his own. I give him an A+++. This is the first time we had our ducts cleaned and would have him back again. No issues. Outstanding job!
