We were in desperate need to have ducts clean in a commercial retail store environment that Iâ m currently renting. Duck Pros came out quickly to evaluate what needed to be done and arranged a quick turnaround to complete the job for us. They did a great job and i couldnâ t be more pleased.

Excellent customer service, demonstrated a willingness to accommodate scheduling changes. I secured 3 quotes, Duct Pros. was by far the most sensibly priced. He included dryer duct and sanitization as part of the service, these were not included in the price of the other places. He also checked the filter WITHOUT trying to upcharge to replace it. The only reason the other companies offered to inspect the filter was to sell you one, at a highly inflated price whether it needed it or not. The actual work was excellent, the ducts couldn't have been any cleaner. He was very professional and respectful of my home and property. Anything that had to be moved was returned to exactly where it had been. With inflation so high, many places are taking advantage of this to price gouge consumers and blame it on inflation. If you need your ducts clean, want it done right, and in a professional and timely manner without getting gouged and up-charged, use this guy. I can't recommend duct pros enough. Thanks!

Greg and Chris placed cages over my dryer and exhaust vents on the side of my house and cleaned the ducts behind them. I had contacted two large duct service companies prior to finding Duct Pros, both of whom claimed to provide all duct services. Both would not do the job (the job was too small or they did not install anything). Greg and Chris were efficient, professional and respectful. Their fees are more than reasonable.
