Greg and his assistant Chris were extremely professional. They showed before appointment time and got down to business after explaining what work was to be performed. Very clean work as they removed all debris, dirt, dust. Customer service and experience was awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend anytime.

Greg was a professional from start to finish. Said he would be there by 8am and rolled into the driveway at 7:55am. He explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up every speck of dust and debris that ended up on the floor. Very friendly guy who takes his business seriously and believes in customer service.

He Cleaned every vent and every return register, the dryer vent and when I asked if he would vacuum the exhaust fans he said no problem. He also cleaned the blower and the oil furnace duct and parts I can't recall. He vacuumed up after himself, and put all the furniture back where it had been. I would highly recommend this company. It took about 3 hours from start to finish with about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes of that as setup and breakdown of equipment. I'm very pleased knowing my duct work is clean.

Greg arrived on time as scheduled on a Sunday at 8am sharp. He and his assistant quickly moved from room to room cleaning all vents and answering all questions I had about the service. Duct pros will be my go to service in the future for duct cleaning.
