Greg did a great job! He got back to me promptly to schedule the appointment and was clear and fair on pricing. He left no mess from the duct cleaning, and even sprayed a fungicide in my ducts to prevent mold growth. And when I asked his assistant if he could help carry some large trash bags full of flood-water damaged debris to the dumpster for me, he said sure. He asked for no money, but I insisted! Total of 17 vents, 1 unit, 1 dryer vent, took a little over 2 hrs.

This is the first time I hired a company to clean the ducts. I uses this company due to their ratings and the exceeded my expectations. First of all I moved to this new house that had many cats and Iâ m allergic to cats. Once they came and clean the ducts I was able to breathe better and could tell the different. This company was on time and communicated well with me. Also I could see the work they were doing in making sure all the ducts were cleaned well. I could see they take pride in their work and I would highly recommend them.

Duct Pro, Greg, contacted me right away. He gave me a good estimate and I hired him. His work was done right away, within a few days of my initial contact. My dryer duct was cleaned and new covers replaced, which were needed . Once they were covered and they look so much better. Greg and Chris were very pleasant and cleaned up the mess. I recommend them and know I will use them again in the future.

Great company!! Greg and his assistant were very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. Greg explained the whole process and went above and beyond for us. We had an oil leak from heater that permeated through whole house. He took extra steps to get rid of the smell which we greatly appreciate! I would highly recommend and will definitely hire them again. They also do a great job cleaning up!

They were able to get us in quickly and answered whatever questions I had while scheduling. They were efficient and friendly. It seems like they did a good enough job. Did not give the full 5 stars because there was a lot of debris left, and some things were not put back (furniture in the room of my daughter, light casings).

Greg and Chris are the best!! They were focused, extremely skilled, attentive, neat, informative, helpful, and courteous! We had a ducts cleaned before by some random company we found in the Value Pak. It was an awful experience. The other company came in with a hand held vacuum, removed vents, reached in and vacuumed, and called it done! So we checked our Home Advisor and found The Duct Pros. Great estimate! Great work! Air feels cleaner. Smells cleaner. No more sneezing! No more itchy eyes. The Duct Pros was money well spent. Will use them again in 3 years. Already recommended them to neighbors. I could go on. But point made. Awesome work by awesome men!
