Description of Work: The tank had to be replaced, but the technician's availability is not for 3 weeks, so for those 3 weeks, I had to purchase drinking water in a supermarket. Walter Walsky, the owner of the company does not care and his excuse was that they are very busy and do not have technicians available.

Description of Work: Our water softener was disconnected. The service person, Walter, was prompt, courteous, highly professional and efficient. He got it connected and set up the timer and got the system running. Ran water samples and thankfully, the results were positive. Walter also explained several possible reasons as to why the previous home owners had bypassed the system. We also got two bags of salt with this deal. We will be calling Suburban Water Technology, preferably Walter again, when it's time to replace the system.

So he gave us a thorough tour of our system and gave us phone numbers and web sites for further information. We got exactly what we were looking for.

 + -1 moreVery professional communication in advance of the visit, timely arrival, and very detailed explanation. We're new to the house, and new to the water softener process. He patiently explained how each component works, some small plumbing modifications we might want to make in the future, and when and how to add salt. We would definitely use them again for a system tune up, and for larger jobs as well.

 + -1 moreWalt did an exceptional job. He went above and beyond what I expected. He was able to explain why I haven't seen any movement in the level of salt in the brine can. He explained what each setting on the softener system meant, how the softener works, explained what issues I might experience in the future with the system I have, and shared his opinions on water neutralizers. I have a neutralizer too. He showed me how to determine if the neutralizing medium is getting low, how to replace it correctly and what to do if the medium stops doing its job. He took a look at my under the sink R-O system, tested the water coming from that spigot, and recommended replacing two of the three filters. A couple days after the visit, Walt called me and suggested that to keep the price down, I order the filters since they are commercially available. Walt ordered replacement medium for the neutralizer and it showed up at my door today. Walt is very knowledgeable, personal and professional. I recommend Suburban Water and highly recommend Walt.
Description of Work: Walt Walsky assessed the water conditioning system installed in my house, tested the raw water and adjusted the water softener to the correct settings.
