Description of Work: We called Surburban Water to get our well water tested since we bought our home recently. The technician came on time, explained everything she did and let us know the immediate test results for the tests she did not have to send away, and answered all our questions about our water. We have a better understanding of our well water and what we might do to improve it. |I recommend Surburban Water.

Description of Work: they were supposed to tune up the water softnener when all's they did was test the hardness and tried to sell me a new unit. i don't want a new unit i want the one i have to work peoperly. a total waste of money i would not recommend this to anybody

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our company. Unfortunately, you purchased a very inexpensive unit on the internet that does not have the ability to handle your water treatment needs. If you recall, we went above and beyond the Angie’s List Deal when we gave you, at no charge, the gravel under-bedding that you forgot when you dumped and re-bed the unit yourself. We know you had several other water treatment professionals to your home tell you the same thing that we did. We believe that you should always consult an expert before purchasing water treatment equipment. It would have saved you money and a lot of heartache.
