They got back to us right away. We had 3 bids and they were one of the highest. They got the quote back to us 5 days after coming out.

Greg was prompt and efficient at providing an estimate. He was very good to work with. When we signed the contract we were given an estimated date for the work and duration of 4-5 days. All work was completed on-time and as agreed. The entire crew was professional and courteous. We would definitely use Omni-Pro again for future work.

This project was completed on time, handled with great care, and went above and beyond my expectations! I plan on using them again for some added steps and rails in the future!!!

They were there the first day at 7:00 am which was a good sign but then they were there everyday after that at 7:00am which was amazing. They were efficient, and very professional They said that the project would take approx 3 weeks but they were done in about 9 days. They answered all of our questions and they were very responsive. At the end of the first week we decided that we would like to have some low voltage lighting in the wall. Not a problem, they hooked one up and left it on over night so that we could see the type of lighting and the effect. They suggested the placement of the lights which worked out very well. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

The job went well from start to finish. Exceeded expectations. Workers were very prompt and organized. They even graded the front with topsoil and seeded. Very happy with results

Big company not fit for residential work. Seemed to have little concern for neighbors [or us] from the start. There was no contact or date provided until two days before they arrived. I did call a couple times to try and set up something concrete but was only provided with "September" as a response. They arrived at 7 and began destruction. They removed segments of the fence and sheds while also ripping out other items like fence posts and so on. When they cut stone, they did not have a bag or cover tent, the rock dust went all over the neighborhood and on the children toys. When the work resulted in a big gap between myself and my neighbor, they did not attempt to fix it until I asked. Even then, the younger workers could be heard through our windows with remarks like "This is BullS%$#" and "I don't get paid enough." I made the final payment when I thought thework was done. Much to my surprise I found a 4 foot by 30 foot strip in the back of the yard that was left untouched from the destruction. There were metal posts and large pieces of shared wood sticking out and no grass seed planted. I emailed and even spoke to Gary [I think, or Greg] specifically about fixing it. It is one month now and they do not respond and have not fixed it. In my view it was a half-baked effort and left unfinished. They took the money and ran. Be careful....walk the whole site before the final check is handed over.

Greg was very responsive in returning telephone calls and assisting in design development. He knew his materials and colors well and was able to provide the perfect match for our existing brick and concrete. All the workers were professional and the owner of the company came out to assure the work was being done as requested and expected. It is a family run business which provides a personal touch and quality control. We are very pleased with the services and product. We would definitely choose this company again.

future projects.We had received quotes from three other companies to replace a garden wall. Omnipro was very reasonable and professional. We chose this company because they have been in business for several years. The crew arrived on time and was able to complete the job in three days. They removed the old wall and several shrubs without charging us any extra money. Other contractors were going to charge an extra fee. The wall looks amazing and gave our house a much needed update. The yard was repaired upon completion of the job. I would highly reccommend Omnipro and we plan on using them again for

Perfection. All work was done in a timely manner and very, very professional. Their crew was here very early every morning and worked hard all day. They took time to explain what they were doing and why. They took my design, made a few changes and created a look far superior to anything we could have hoped for. When they finished, they brought in top soil and seeded all surrounding areas. We will not hesitate to use OmniPro in the future for any block or paver projects.

Overall, they did excellent work. The wall looks great.

The entire process from start to finish was excellent. Everything from the initial estimate to the new grass growing in the spring following the install, we could have not been more pleased. Omni Pro was professional, knowledgeable, honest, timely, and the best at what they do. Simply put, they did an outstanding job.

We were really pleased. When we first called them they were very punctual to do the estimate, and were actually a little early. He took notes about all the work we wanted done and a few days later we received a sketch and the quote for the job. They quietly do their work and have a routine when they come (when they work, break for lunch, clean up each day, etc.). A gas line was broken, through no fault of Omnipro's, because the gas company had marked it incorrectly. They lost a day of work but helped to dig everything out so the gas company could fix the problem and did not charge us for the extra work. It only took about nine working days to get the work done. Everything went nicely from the very beginning.

OmniPro was called and returned our call immediately. The estimate was very fair and in the ballpark that we expected compared to others that were way off the spectrum of price. The workmen started the job when they said they would and were very friendly, professional and did an excellent job. They truly cared about their quality of workmanship. We are so happy with the walkway and are very, very pleased with how it all turned out. We would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. They did a superb job.

Punctual, professional but the price wasn't right. I did get an estimate for some other work that seemed priced right that I may have done though.

They wrote a thorough proposal, once we accepted, it took several weeks before they could start, but the job they did was done very well. They fixed all the prior contractors mistakes, installed snap edge and basically corrected all the problems the last idiot left behind. Wish we had met them BEFORE we met the first idiot.

They did fantastic work. They were wonderful to deal with. We get compliments on the work. We were real happy with them, and my husband is not one to be happy with contractors and is very fussy. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anybody. We didn't have any issues, so we didn't have any customer service issues. Everything was done exactly how it was spelled out in the contract. They had to come through our yard and tear up some of the grass, as they came through it, and they replanted everything and it was all back to the way it was previously, and the grass was even in better shape. They were wonderful. I definitely give them an A+ overall. Their price was about mid-range; they weren't the most expensive or least expensive. For what was done and the quality of the work, their price was an A.

Omnipro did the bid quickly and had some good ideas to keep the cost down. The overall price was extremely competitive. It took a very long time from when we gave our deposit to when the actual work starts, about 3 months. They did not keep us informed about when the work would begin, I had to call to find out what was going on. They did a great job on the steps. They cleaned up completely after themselves and they did a good job reseeding the lawn that was killed during the work. I would use them again, but I'd know that they aren't quick.

Couldn't be happier. From the time I received the quote to the finished product, everything went great. I worked with Greg Sluka, Tony's son. He was extremely professional and responsive. The project took around 4 total days to complete. The guys showed up every moning at 7am and did a great job. When they were finished, they brought topsoil in to repair the damaged grass and reseed.

We didn't choose them. They were professional. We liked someone else better. We were a little more personal with the guy we choose. It is such a big project that I have been researching for a year and we have talked to 10-12 contractors.

We did not have them put in a new driveway.

Omnipro was't the cheapest, but many times you get what you pay for and I think Omnipro was a good balance between the outrageously expensive and the suspiciously cheap. Tony the owner was very attentive and great to work with. Tony's team was very professional and addressed all our concerns. A true test of a contractor is what time do they show up the next day after a late night Steeler game and Tony's crew showed up the next day on time. While they did make a mess while they were working, they cleaned everything up very nicely at the end. We are very happy with our walls and our steps and our experience with Omnipro. I felt Tony's son Tim (the crew leader) really had a lot of pride in his craftsmanship and it really showed in our walls, steps and pavers. If your looking for some honest guys that do what they say they're going to do at a reasonable price then go with Omnipro!
