They were fantastic to work with. The project was started on time, professionally done and cleaned up afterwards. My house is the talk of the neighborhood now it is beautiful.

We contacted Greg at Omnipro to have pavers added to an existing backyard patio. Greg was great to deal with and his recommendation of which pavers to select was spot on. The work was done timely & the end result exceeded our expectations. The clean up & repair of our yard was also very good. One minor post install issue. Again, Omnipro was very responsive. Highly recommend.

We went to Omnipro for our patio and retaining wall. Greg was super helpful and very easy to talk to! It was nice seeing all the different blocks and pavers before making our purchase. I highly recommend you stop in and get your project started! My backyard looks amazing now!

Excellent service! Requested a patio with two large steps and two sitting walls. Greg did a fantastic job providing options for me and walking me through the steps of the job. In fact, they were very quick to reply and begin work (less than 1 week from first communication to first "shovel"). I am extremely happy with the results. My patio along with the 2 sitting walls looks phenomenal. I get complimented on it all the time and have loved using it for the past year and half. I would highly recommend their work quality and their work ethic and the final product shows their attention to detail! (see attached pictures)

I had omni pro fix a mud slide (blanket, planting and retaining wall) last Sept for several thousand dollars. In March I noticed the blanket sliding and patches where grass never grew. I called Tony and Greg several times to get someone to address proactively. Despite my many follow-ups and promises to come out, no one ever came...consequently another slide occurred in June 2019. I once again i started calling. The owner said nothing can be done. I then went to Lowes and redid the blanket and planted grass myself.... I called Omni Pro back again multiple times just to have them remove the mud that has accumulated on the wall. This would be an easy thing to do for a satisfied customer... Tony promised to have folks come out again, that has never happened. I've once again called multiple times and now I am letting others know. I just want someone to come out with a wheel barrel and haul some mud away.

They were prompt and completed the job timely in April 2017. We then had the driveway professionally sealed in June 2017 as they recommended. The problem is the concrete is now badly scaling. I called them twice to explain the situation and they said they would send someone to look at the problem. It's been over two months and no one has contacted me and no one ever came to see the condition of the concrete. I also sent an email to Omnipro through this site one month ago, and again no one responded. Very disappointed. I will only hire them for future work if they will demonstrate appropriate follow-up and resolution.

Greg of Omni Pro was very responsive and quickly provided an estimate. He was professional as well. Unfortunately, I was not able to hire Omni Pro because we decided to go with a less expensive option for the retaining wall. It is a pleasure when a contractor responds to a call/request for quote (unfortunately, many do not).

Someone from omnipro called the very next day upon reviewing the online inquiry I submitted. I was very impressed by the punctuality and professionalism despite the company being booked until the spring.

Omnipro and Greg the project manager exceeded my expectations! They were on time, professional and when the job called for more than what was on our agreement, they just did it without asking for more money or time. They did what was right to stabilize my hill. Additionally, the project was challenging as there was a small space to work and a huge hill. They took on the challenge! It looks so fantastic. They scraped up my existing paver patio a little and instead of just turning the bricks over they put in all new.... I also got a whole new paver patio - WOW! These guys are a top notch class act without high prices! I love love love my backyard now! They rock! I will be selecting them again if I need any more work - walls, landscaping, hardscaping.

Called Greg and he came out a couple of days later and gave me an estimate. I asked if he could finish the job by a certain date as I was going on vacation. Greg said that this would not be a problem. I called Greg and hired him to do the work a couple days later. About a week passed and Greg said he would be starting Friday morning. Friday morning at 8AM the crew was here working diligently. The crew removed an existing paver patio; prepped and formed the patio to my specification; installed the aggregate; then poured 5 yards of concrete in 1 day. My 80-foot driveway is newly paved. They used a bobcat to transfer the concrete from the street to the back of my house. They made 10-15 trips and not a single drop of concrete on my driveway! Greg stopped in Friday late afternoon to check in on the crew and my satisfaction. The crew returned Monday (they were going to work Saturday but we had storms all weekend). The crew fixed the yard where the bobcat tore up the sod. They used a great grade of top soil, seeded and covered with mushroom mulch. What a fantastic job. The crew was friendly, attentive, detail oriented and focused on getting the job done. If you need work done, do not bother calling anybody else.

They did an excellent job and it was a great upgrade to my property

The wall was fine, but the steps were uneven. The supervisor did come back, and agreed that the steps needed redone. They never returned to do the work even after numerous phone calls. It's been 3 months, and we've had nothing but promises that we're next on the list.

Omnipro did an excellent job. Everything was taken care of professionally, on time, and thoroughly. From my first call to cleanup, these guys were on it! Great help with design, excellent materials and craftsmanship -- we never had to worry about anything.

Omnipro did amazing work! The contractors were excellent and eager to complete the work on time and to our satisfaction. They even surprised us at the end and put sod down in the grassy area they had created. It looks perfect - even better than we imagined - and we get compliments all the time! I can't wait to use Omnipro for our next projects!

OmniPro quickly came out for a free estimate, drew up a contract, and told me they'd be able to install the patio in late June. Sure enough, they came back in late June and finished the entire job in about 2 1/2 days total. They brought in some heavy machinery to make the install easier, and that did tear up some grass, but in the contract, they agreed to reseed any areas damaged by the machinery, which they did. Just two weeks later and the grass is starting to look back to normal again. I'd check on the crew throughout the process, but they didn't need a thing from me and worked very independently. A cable to an outdoor electrical box was cut in half accidentally since it was buried, but they quickly let me know about the problem and were able to repair it at no added cost. It was incredibly fast, yet the quality of the work done is fantastic. I would definitely go back to OmniPro in the future. They were true professionals and I couldn't be happier with my patio!

Greg's quote was very reasonable and his response to my initial inquiry was great. As for the installation...Brad and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job. They were extremely accommodating and eager to make small changes to ensure I was satisfied. Top notch service.

30 years ago, Omnipro installed an Omnistone driveway and front walk at our home. We were very happy with the installation. We recently called them back to do some repairs to the driveway and walk, and to enlarge a brick patio that was installed by another contractor before the original driveway and walk. They sent 3 mechanics to do the work which took 3 days. They repaired some settlement in the driveway, reinstalled the steps leading up to the front walk, repaired the walk, removed the entire patio, installed a new base, and reinstalled and enlarged the patio. They did a beautiful job. Their mechanics were very professional and worked steady throughout the installation. Obviously, the quality of their work hasn't in 30 years. We would definitely call them back for any future work.

They responded quickly and were able to come out to do the estimate within a couple days and on my schedule. Greg was nice, helpful and answered my questions. After taking measurements that day, I received the full estimate within 3 days later. I'm still shopping around because I pushed the project off until spring, but they're a strong contender for the job.

Best service and price hands down. Called Greg to get quote. Came out same day with best price I'd seen anywhere. I called at least two other contractors who we wildly overpriced compared to him. He came out the next week, finished it in three hours and cleaned up to boot. Exceptional service. Highly recommend!

We called Omnipro in March to get an estimate on a new patio. They came out that week. We agreed on the layout of the patio and the price. We were told at that time appx the end of May for them to come out. The week before they were do I called the company to see if they were running on schedule, (due to all the rain we had been having). I was told they are about a week behind schedule, which was fine, we understood, can't compete with mother nature. It ended up being two week instead of one, they started the job on Monday June 15th. Wednesday June 17th we had our new patio, which we LOVE. They still had to come back out to put the sand down in between the stones. The actual job wasn't completely finished until Thursday June 25th. They were great to work with, and open to when we changed the design a little to accommodate a table and chairs (we had them add a circle section) and an extra section for our grill. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Looked great but need them to come back several times to repair the job

All of the work was performed professionally and on schedule. I have had several compliments on the improved look of the property, including an offer to buy if I decide to move.

The estimator showed up on time and was efficient in collecting the necessary information. We received the estimate within the promised time frame and it was very detailed. We ended up giving the work to a different provider because the Omnipro estimate was almost 50% higher. However, I would not hesitate to contact them in the future.
