These folks did a greta job with some big steps in our yard. The also put in a pad for our Hot Tub and a nice paver patio. Neat, Courteous and Professional. I would use them again

There was a tree that needed to be removed prior to installing the pavers. They had difficulty removing the tree which then pushed the timelie for completion. The guys worked late into evening and finished the job on time. The job was done well. And the guys were always professional. Very pleased with their work.

The paitio slopes pretty badly, it is noticeably 'not level'. They did fix a patch in the driveway that was damaged by the machinery.

The new wall established a three level property front. This work replaced a previous railroad tie wall. Omnipro is easy to work with and professional. Their price and workmanship are great. After the work we had an ongoing problem with the wall subsiding in one area on the top level wall. We (Omnipro and I) could not figure out whether it was ground water related or natural soil subsidence under the wall. In any case, they came back and replaced that section of the wall three times over the next several years. The last time they did they put in a footer in the problem area and we have not had a problem with subsidence since. Whatever the origin of the problem, Omnipro stood behind their work.

Omni Pro seemed very busy as they didn't get to my job until a month + later than they originally thought. I thought the crew did a good job overall and I am very pleased with wall. They had to be creative working around a recently poured staircase that was curved. The crew did a good job of cleaning up. Overall Omni Pro was great with everything except communication which could be improved.

It went great with OmniPro and I would defintely recommend them. Greg came out and gave us three estimates based on what we wanted to do with the project. The work took a little over a week, but some rain detoured us... hardly anyone's fault! The pricing was very competitive based on the research I did for the job we had done. The staff of daily workers was extremely courteous in any dealings. Just a great experience.

As soon as I called them, they sent somebody out right away. We told him what it was that we wanted and he helped us with the design. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and they came back within a matter of days to do the job. They completed it satisfactorily and I'm going to call them again for another work. I would recommend using their service.

They did a beautiful job of installing it. They did use some equipment to dig up our front lawn. It happened to be wet when they were working, and they did an unsatisfactory job on repairing the lawn. They did patch the lawn with dirt, but it was more like clay and the grass wouldn't grow. They had to dig it out and put in 2 big trucks of new dirt and new grass. The owner/salesperson did a good job of design and the cost was reasonable. They seemed to have good reputations so we went with them. The other people we talked to simply weren't even interested in doing the job and they never came out. Omnipro was responsive. The patched job that they did was about was about 60 feet from the road to the patio. They did bring in dirt to fill the holes, but clay in the grass wouldn't grow. They really didn't have to use that equipment extensively as they did. They started digging by hand and then decided to use that equipment. It was like a shortcut and it likely caused this problem with the ruts. The price is sort of market price. Their responsiveness was good.

Overall, we are very pleased with our new patio. The quality of the work is very high and looks great. They were very responsive to email/phone inquiries and quickly gave us an estimate in early 2014. We were very eager to replace as soon as possible and were excited to hear work would begin in early March. There were some delay(approx 5 days) due to freezing temperatures and the foreman was sick. This resulted us in living in essentially a construction zone for almost 2 full weeks. Existing deck was part of the fence line and forced us walk our dog often as opposed letting him run in the backyard. This was very inconvenient. It would have been worth the wait to be sure freezing temperatures were gone before beginning demolition. Omnipro also recommended a guy to replace the existing fence, noting he would be able to replace the demo'd fence in days. However we are now waiting 3 weeks to for the fence to be installed. Also, there was damage to our front flower beds including some high priced items. Mulch and gardening fabric was not replaced by the crew. We did raise this to Omnipro and they were sympathetic and knocked some money off of the final price so we could replace them. As noted, we are very pleased with the work of Omnipro and will very likely use them in the future for a few more projects.

They were completely finished in about 10 days. They regraded the property and planted grass. There was quite a lot of excavation involved. Pictures available.

I would not recommend anyone to use them. My yard now looks horrible because of them. They are CHEATERs, LIERS, and THIEFS. They WILL rip you off and not even complete the job. We had the rep come out to the house to give an estimate to take down a railroad tie retaining wall and backfill with clean fill. The guy said it would be a couple hundred dollars to take down the wall, and if we did not need it backfilled right away, they would backfill it over the summer for free. We thought this was a great idea since we did not need it backfilled immediately and could wait until the end of the summer. When we got the actual estimate the cost was $1400. I was shocked that it was a lot more than a couple hundred dollars, but I figured he did include the cost to backfill it, even though that was supposed to be free. They asked me to buy a silt fence and install that so they would know how far to backfill. I spent more money on the fence and installed it. They came out and took out most of the railroad ties, but not all of them. They tried to cover over some of them so I would not see that they left some. They dumped a bunch of stone in my grass to run their trucks and equipment over, and never cleaned up the grass, which makes it impossible to mow. They also threw an oil container still with some old oil in it over the hill. I had to go over the hill and pull it out. I called them to ask about the ties that they left in the wall, and they said that when they came to dump some backfill they would remove those extra ties. I was also told that before they start dumping clean fill I needed to pay them the remainder of the $1400. They brought about 3 pickup loads of dirt the one day and did not touch the ties that they left. They brought one more pickup load, which they did not even dump over the hill; they left it sitting in my yard. This little bit of dirt did not really make a dent of the amount of clean fill I need. I kept calling them, and it became very hard to get a hold of them. I was consistently told that they would have it all backfilled by the end of the summer. My yard now looks horrible because of them, there are still railroad ties in the wall, and it is nowhere close to being backfilled. It has been over 10 months since they started the work.

Tony Sluka, sons and crew put in two solid weeks of work. They arrived everyday on time and put a full days work rain or shine. They worked in mud up to their ankles for days, and through the hot and humid days of August. It was rare to see anyone take a break other then for a short lunch. I had a general idea of what I wanted before the project, but clearly I had no idea of what could be done. Tony and son made no pressure recommendations on how to best to enhance the project with a few tweaks, what a difference! The project involved a gently sloping backyard composed of heavy clay. This had been a drainage nightmare often causing water to backup into the garage and basement. Tony and his crew solved this problem with the proper grading of the site, and the installation of a drainage base and 4'" plastic piping. Several heavy storms later and no problems. Upon completion of the project everything was cleaned up and put back in order. They brought in top soil and reseeded the lawn which had just enough time to reestablish before fall set in. I scheduled a total of four estimates including OmniPro. None came close to OmniPro, and one never showed. I recommend OmniPro for anyone looking to have this type of work done, in fact Im asking them back for an additional project in the spring of 2014. .

Greg came to my home . we discussed the project that I wanted done. He was very informative and answered all my questions He quoted me a price which I thought was fair. He called me two days before the start ,as he said he would. Told me what time his men would arrive and how long the project would take. It went exactly as he stated. they where all very kind, profrssional. they did such a fabulous job! I have gotten so many compliments. Not only did they do such a great job they cleaned up after each day and at the compleation. I would highly recommend Omni pro. I also plan on using them again ! Thanks Omni Pro for a job well done!

Omnipro did an excellent job. Tony returned my call immediately and gave me an estimate did exactly as asked and his price was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the job that was done. It is nice to work with an organization that does asked and they deliver. A's in every category.

Very professional company. Called me right back & came out to give estimate, which I thought was a fair price for the job. The work was done while I was not home & at work but they kept in contact with phone calls giving me updates on the work. The final job looks fantastic! I would definitely recommend this company to a friend!

I didn’t end up doing the retaining wall because we wound up selling the house. They were very professional. I also got quote from another company. They came and provided the quote when they said they were going to. They also provided information. They were a good company.

They're way too expensive. They were all nice and thorough. You should have a lot of money on hand.

Were prompt on giving estimate and bringing sample brick and giving estimate. Communication bad after that. Had to call about when job would be started. Was told in June. June came and went without word. Called again and they denied telling me June. Said we were third on list and would probably be the middle of following week, they would call on Friday to let me know. No call on Friday. Called the following Tuesday and said would be there next day around 7:30. Showed up at 6:30am. Once installing began had problems with them not following desired design. Had to have them tear out and redo part of lower wall.Then they insalled wrong pavers. Were willing to tear out and replace with correct ones . At this point was tired of dealing with 6;30 arrival times,mess and noise so came to monetary settlement instead of replacement. Had issues also with incomplete sand installation which was corrected the following day.

Great job. A beautiful patio. They did not make the end of June date but came the end of July and it was well worth waiting for.

Looked better than we dreamed it would. A neighbor directly across the street called and told us it was the most beautiful sidewalk she'd ever seen!

It was a good experience. They were very good and gave me a good price. They helped me out with what I needed and they delivered the materials when they were to be delivered. They do provide service too, but they are just a distributor for a number of different materials which you can buy and do it yourself.

I had a tight deadline and they were able to meet the deadline, no problem and so they’re very efficient and very quick. They were professional. They obviously knew their stuff and they were able to finish the job completely in one day.

We were satisfied with them. They did what we agreed to and did it to our satisfaction. They were very professional. If I had a similar project I would use them again.

They did great work. They are very friendly and pricing was reasonable. There wasn't really anything that we didn't like about them. We would use them again.
