Description of Work: Were on time, professional, and removed a lot of junk that had to come down 3 flights of stairs and made it look easy (which I know it was not)!

Description of Work: I purchased the service through Angie's List on Friday and the company responded on Monday and were able to schedule a pick up first thing on Tuesday. The two men that came to my home were very pleasant, helpful and professional. They took everything that was pointed out and did so in a safe and efficient manner. I will definitely contact them whenever we need hauling and I would gladly recommend them to others.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this provider back in September 2013. They came out and the service was very good. I paid $89.00 for four cubic yards of junk hauling and removal services.

Description of Work: The deal was for $100 for 4yds of hauling. On arrival, they estimated the material would require two trucks, for a total of $700, and they would come back Thursday. We decided to go with a 15yd dumpster instead from another service provider. We called Jurassic and cancelled, and they were very polite and understanding.

Description of Work: When the provider first contacted me after I signed up for their service, they asked me for a date for service. I explained that I would not know when I needed the service for another week and that I would get back to them then. They were very polite through the emails we exchanged. When I contacted them late last week with a date for the service, I was told that when they checked my address, they discovered that I was beyond their limit of 25 miles and that they would not be able to provide service to me. They apologized and suggested that I contact Angie's List for a refund.

Description of Work: As I was checking my Angie List purchases I noticed that the above mentioned coupon had expired. I called Jurassic Junk and left a message- to see if they would still honor the coupon-Which is still on your website for the same price- Jurassic Junk said they would give me a credit - which seemed odd since they still have the same coupon for the same price. I would like a refund. thank you in advance for you help.

Description of Work: Jurassic Junk Removal came and picked up items that my regular trash guys wouldn't take. Mostly boards that were replaced from my two decks and items that were ripped out of my basement during a remodel. I emailed them on Monday (5/6) got a response within a couple of hours. We set up a pickup for 12:30 on 5/8. They called ahead and let me know that they were going to be a little late, since the job before me ran over. I think they were at my house by 1:00 & they quickly loaded their truck. My total bill came to $350.00, for a half truckload of junk. I saved $136.00, thanks to having bought a big deal coupon in advance. I would definitely use Jurassic Junk Removal again.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list coupon for $100 which was for a quarter load. I asked if I had more than a quarter load if they could give me an estimate. The $125 was for another quarter load. Dave was great on the phone in setting up the date and answering my questions. The truck and two men arrived. I gave them a list of items to remove and less than an hour later the stuff on the list was gone. They were great! I live in a typical Pittsburgh house where you have to climb alot of steps. They hauled out an old refrigerator and a kiln. No problems - junk gone. I have already recommended them to two friends.

Description of Work: While visiting my husband's parents in Pittsburgh for Easter my husband cleaned out quite a bit of his old stuff that he had stored at his parents' home. This left a big pile of cardboard and old junk on the front porch. My in laws are elderly, so we didn't want them to have to deal with getting rid of all this junk. We purchased a Big Deal coupon to have it hauled away after the Easter holiday. My husband and I live in California, so trying to assist his elderly parents long distance can be a challenge. I spoke with David, the owner of Jurassic Junk, to schedule a pickup. David was very professional and helpful. When my father in law later dug his heels in and refused to let us help him get rid of the junk, David was very helpful and sympathetic, immediately suggesting a refund without me having to ask. His professionalism and kindness was truly appreciated. His company will be the first we contact in the future when our in laws are truly ready to get rid of stuff.
