Jurassic Junk Removal

I cannot praise this company enough! I found them through an online search and saw an ad on Facebook. I decided to call this company first because of the numerous, amazing reviews about them and they did not disappoint! When you call, the owner, Tracy, personally walks you through the entire process. He is very kind and gracious and cares about his customers and their satisfaction. We did a huge 3 basement clean out from living in our home for 18 years and saving too much. Tracy explained everything and even though embarrassed over all of our junk, he normalized it and made me feel unashamed. I received two reminder texts and was given a time by the pick up men when they would arrive. They arrived on time and even mentioned how much of the truck they feel would be filled and they were correct. They worked very hard, but efficiently. Everything was concisely packed to utilize the least amount of space to save us money. Zach and Justin were simply amazing and worked so quickly. They left my space immaculate! They also took old TVs and air conditioners, without a hidden or extra fee like some junk removal companies I read about. We are more than extremely satisfied and will recommend them to everyone and use again! Thank you Tracy, Zach, and Justin for decluttering our lives!!!

Submitted a pick up request on a Saturday and they were here Monday. They were scheduled to come at 1:30pm, they called me around 11am saying they could be here early if I was ok with that. Awesome. 3 guys show up in a giant truck, everyone was very professional and personable. From the time they arrived, to having everything cleaned out and paying the bill, it took about 20 minutes. These guys are efficient. They will definitely be my first call next time I need anything hauled away.

Jurassic Junk did a great job! I was able to schedule them with only a few days notice. They removed rotted firewood, cinder blocks, pavers and other junk left in the area behind our garage by the previous home owner. They arrived early and were efficient, professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again!

I had a two story house to clean out & scheduled 3 different times. The men that came with the trucks were not only extremely hard working but very courteous & professional. They went above & beyond offering help & suggestions on how to facilitate the job. The cost of removal is per truckload and these men utilized all spaces to get me the most in per load. I did call 3 different companies and Jurassic Junk was the substantially less for the same size truck from other companies. I would highly recommend this company & will not hesitate to call on them again should the need arise.

Work was scheduled and done within a week. The removal of the porch was done in record time. The step removal was much harder and heavier than anyone anticipated due to an additional course dug into hill. Never a indication of that being a problem. They worked in assembly line mode, remove, load truck and done. We were very pleased with their work and will be using Jurassic Junk again at the end of summer after we do some decluttering.
