Description of Work: Called them, told them that the city had issued a citation from the city regarding trash removal at one of the rental properties I manage, and that I needed someone to clean it up ASAP. They politely and quickly responded, set someone up for the next day. When they arrived, they collected some of the larger items but told me that some of the trash was too disgusting to be collected, and that their dump wouldn't accept it (apparently the last tenant had cleaned out a fridge and skipped town, so there were bags of rotting food). Because of this, I had to hire a second company to come and take care of the remaining rubbish. Jurassic Junk did, however, provide me with the name of their competitor (Junk Kings), who completed the job that Jurassic Junk started. Junk Kings seemed surprised that JJ wouldn't throw out the other garbage. Except for that issue, which cost me an extra $200 since I had to hire the 2nd company, Jurassic Junk was good to work with. However, because of that issue, I probably won't work with them again, but don't let that stop you. One word of advice - definitely use their coupons. I printed one out and it saved me $100 on the spot.

Dear Angieslist Member, Thank you for your honest and fair review. We normally do take garbage, but since it was rotting there for quite some time it was also too much of a liability and health risk for us to take that material as it could be prone to disease. f I do recall, we ended up taking out a full load of material (mostly mattresses) out of the apartment anyways and would have had to come back a second time to remove the remaining garbage (had we been able to take it). At Jurassic Junk Removal we strive to take as much as we can at the best affordable price compared to our competitors.
