We have to offer a minimum charge just to keep our truck on the road. We have upfront expenses, such as labor for two men to your location and to the disposal facility and fuel and back end expenses such as truck costs, insurance, warehouse space, etc. It is hard for us to offer any less of a price than what you paid. Description of Work: The guys are great. I use them about once a year and they remember me when I call. The Big Deals that are offered are a great value. This year I had a lot, and even with the big deal I still paid extra, but it was nearly a full truck, and was a great value and huge load of stuff that needed to go away. They also try and donate what they can which I appreciate.

Description of Work: Highly recommended--very professional and efficient. I had forgotten to update the address on my AngiesList account which resulted in the workers arriving to the incorrect address. They were courteous and flexible when I called them just minutes before they were arriving to the old address. They then drove 30 minutes to my current address, and very quickly loaded the junk that I had piled up for them in the driveway. I was impressed with their professionalism and positive demeanor amidst that inconvenience. The price and service are excellent--I could not ask for more. Look forward to utilizing their services again this year.
